The front desk girl was wondering she help me with my luggage to go upstairs. She shoe that she really care . The room was really good too I had such a relax stayed. Also when I arrived at the hotel realized that was next to the highway I was worried that I would hear the noise of the cars but surprisingly enough you can't hear any noise from outside.

The housekeeping could be a lot better. The sink area wasn't clean as well and the shower area had hair it was not pleasant at all

I liked the value of the price of the hotel for a last minute family trip, and the distance from everything.

I didn't like that we didn't get room service, we had to go to the main desk and ask for more toilet paper at one point.. and when we went to breakfast there was only cereal, eggs and apples available..

The room was very spacious I had a king suite and the air conditioner worked very well breakfast had good and different things to choose from

It was under staffed restrooms were locked in the lobby and there was no elevator also asked for a first aid kit the lady told me she didn't have one

Everything was super comfortable. The room was bigger than I thought it would be and it left plenty extra space. The sofa in our room was a nice plus.

The breakfast was hot, but the options were very limited. At one point, our key cards wouldn't work. They needed to be replaced twice and the staff had to "fix" the door to our room.

The room was more than expected

That when I walked to the front desk to request towels that I had to walk back to the room then get the dirty ones then take them to the front in order to get me ones. Instead of having a staff member do so.

Customer service and the room is clean and service good all time.

Breakfast was ok. Location was ok. Would have liked closer to next day destination but with last minute booking was happy with location. Pool courtyard was charming.

Linens were worn and stained. There was a splash of “something” in the bathroom door frame. Don’t like the heat and air units. Was cool enough to leave windows open tho. Building was just structurally old. Remodeling was nice.

The most impressive feature was the staff, especially the manager! I told her she shouldn't be married! Lol

They let me check in Late and let me check out late. Since we got in late we needed much more sleep.

They did not have a Hot Tub. It would have made the long trip much better to relax.
