The property & room were nice . Everything looked updated & clean .

The person working the front desk with short hair & tattoos on her arms. She was rude & not very helpful. My company booked the room but, didn't submit payment & she made it difficult to process payment . I waited around about 45min-1hr to get it taken care of . I know she deals with this kind of thing all day but, there's no need to be rude . Just explain how to resolve the problem & get it done with or without a smile .

The hotel was amazing, great patio and lobby area, amazing bed, pillow, sheets, staff was great overall. Perfect place to travel to downtown San antonio and Bucees right in the middle.

The shower door in room 408 does not close well so water was leaking outside the shower and the cold breeze would come in shower. The pool looks green but seemed clean not sure if it was just the color or if it was actually dirty. Not enough parking when its packed.

I like the lady up front don't know her name she is a black lady she is an older lady y'all kept money from me that I was supposed to get returned and never happened I continue to go to your establishment because of this lady

I like how nice the facility was. Breakfast was really good, I liked the Keurig with the coffee pods in the room. Beds were pretty comfortable, pillows were nice. If I had to complain, it would be that the air conditioner felt nice and cool during the day but at night no matter how cold you turned it down to, it was lukewarm and humid. I was in room 204 so maybe they should look at that. Also the air conditioner was kind of loud, it didn't bother me as much because I sleep with earplugs in but it bothered my mom and she couldn't sleep

Everything I needed and was very clean- looked clean and felt clean and was overall very nice. I stayed for the night and left early so I didn't get a chance to really see or do anything other than sleep, but all of it was nice.

If You Are Super Careful and Worry about Cleanliness!! This is a GREAT stay especially if your coming with family. It was just my husband and I, but we plan on coming back with our boys and we will be staying here again and I don’t plan on going to any other hotel. It was clean, quiet, spacious and very comfortable they have security outside. 54th Street restaurant is right next door it was good, it reminds me of cheddar’s and Burger Boy across the street was great both had reasonably prices. Very close to the Alamo and there’s a theater in the same parking lot surrounded by many other restaurants. BOOK HERE!! You won’t be disappointed, I’m huge on reviews that’s why I purposed to leave one!!

It only had a shower in our room, not a full bath tub. The shower was huge, clean, and super nice.

I did have the card on to not clean 2 of the mornings, but one morning I had taken it off to ensure it got cleaned, but it did not. I saw they do every other day, but thought it would be clean.

I didn't eat breakfast. The location was right between family and the event I came to town to attend. The room was nice and clean. We were pleased.

The front desk clerk was very nice and professional but not as knowledgeable. She did say she had only been there 2 weeks. It was just a bit inconvenient when we were all tired and ready to get to our rooms.

I like this hotel because it was exceptionally clean! I normally feel uncomfortable at hotels because it gives me the sensation that's not very clean, mostly the bathrooms. I always bring my flip-flops to get into showers in hotels, but this one I didn't even have to use them.

We did not eat breakfast there. We did not have time on Saturday. Maybe next time we come stay.

To check bed. We had to change the bed sheets because we found a bedbug 🐜 after we pull the spreads back it was in the sheet. Hair on the sheets and a sour odor on sheets so my wife changed them out that night after we got back in from camp. We took a photo and show the front desk Manager I have to getting in about 10 o’clock that evening. We have photos for your personal use but we will not load it for others to see. We enjoy our stay and location. My wife and I really enjoyed everything. We are so sad to have missed breakfast. Thank y’all for everything. Ronald Dennis
