Staff was very nice and attentive. Everything was clean. Free laundry facilities were a plus. And yummy breakfast that changed . They also had a free beer/wine and snacks Monday thru Wednesday after 5:00. The gym was small but had everything you needed.

The laundry room was humid and the ceiling fell while I was there. They need to put a dehumidifier in the room or find some way to control the moisture.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and had lots of space for my family. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not allowing all the dogs. We could hear dogs barking all night & day throughout the hotel. I nice hotel such as this one should have a small business bar.

My stay was very enjoyable. The bed and sheets were very soft. The towels smelt fresh along with the Dove toiletries. The Breakfast was enormous and full of all types of choices. The staff was on top of it all.

The stay was just as described. I enjoyed it. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Was very clean!!! Had complementary beer/ wine and pork tacos in the evening witch I was not aware off! Was a nice surprise . My husband loved the flavored water in the front lobby !

The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the toilet tissue. Being a nice Hotel but still having the cheep tissue was a little bit of a shock but sertly not a deal breaker

This property is in a great location for sightseeing and just a leisure get away. Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean

I think any hotel keeping up with trends should update even the simplest things. Like exchanging the code makers in the room from old fashion brewing units to the Kuerig models Just makes sense

Breakfast every morning was different, staff was very friendly. Hotel clean kitchen well stocked.

The bathrooms could use carpets or shower curtains I did fall twice.

The hotel is relatively new. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms and hotel overall were very clean and he kitchen was very convenient. Breakfast was good but no other meat except pork products were available. The outdoor pool was clean and it is not a heated pool just in case you're wondering. The area that the hotel is in, is very convenient especially next to a hospital in our case for our disabled child and we liked that it was tucked into the side road, but not too far in, so that it was not right on the highway. It was quiet for the most part during our stay. It was also very close to many places to eat and about 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. They have a small store to pick up anything you may have forgotten and washer and dryers to do laundry if needed. Good shower pressure and hot water. Overall we had a great stay in our 2 bedroom suite and would definitely visit again.

There were only three things that were minor problems. Our room was right next to the pool so between 1-2 am there were older teenagers/young adults yelling and screaming and blasting music really loud so it made it hard to sleep. Maybe cut the pool off by 12am or at least not allow loud music after that time since quiet time in the hotel starts at 8:30pm. Handicap parking was a bit of a problem. There were only four spots and they were all taken. Maybe adding some in the back by the door where the pool is would help. Some non-pork meat for breakfast would be awesome.

Breakfast was so good. Everything was well prepared and presented. I was very impressed with the setup. I noticed they kept up with the cleanup and stocked up as soon as the items went low. Keep up the good work!!

It was in close proximity to where I work & since I’ve been staying there four 6-8 weeks, the staff knows me & I know the staff, they are great!
