The location was great, it was a 10min drive to my work location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The room was comfortable and fir my needs.

There was a smell upon entering the room, as if the staff had to use room spray to cover up a musty odor or something. The turnover service was good, except for in the bathroom there seemed like someone stood on top of the toilet to clean or something because I saw shoe prints on top of the toilet cover.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were beautiful. I'll definitely stay here again when passing through. Thanks again for a good night's rest for this weary traveler and her dog.

This is no the hotel's full fault as I worked facility maintenance for 30 years, but one of the elevators was down and I understand sometimes it takes a while to get parts in. But it would have been helpful to have a second elevator.

Location is great. Across a side street from a Walmart, so that was perfect for all the things we didn’t think about that we needed. They have a great cook & the breakfast was amazing. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, and polite. Bedroom was larger than I expected, with a couch, 2 tv’s, and it was very clean. Very well kept. 10/10 I will be using this hotel again.

The property seemed to have been recently remodeled and not entirely finished. For instance the room was missing the wall mirror, but had the hanging mechanism on the wall. One of the two elevators weren't working which is fine, just a little concerning.

It's a very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good with waffles, breakfast tacos, eggs, and sausage. It's very new and clean. Our room smelled of cleaning supplies when we walked in. Tons of extra pillows, towels, and soap. The lady at the night death was incredibly nice and got us checked in very quickly. Also loves the 24 hour coffee station they have in the lobby.

Only got one large towel in our room for 2 adults, but the staff got us an extra very quickly.

The location was surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas and not in a busy area of town.

Liked everything about it. Did have a musk smoke smell. But could be from smokers smoking out front. Also noticed some trash by ice machine on 4th floor when I got there and was still there when I checked out. Cleaning staff could have been more on point.

Easy to get in from Austin, clean and fresh rooms. Good quality toiletries. A good pizza place is just 1 minute away walking.

Hotels in fantastic shape breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Property was clean.

Getting to the property it’s kind of shoved back behind of a bunch of other businesses limited access to get into and parking was a little tight

The woman working the evening shift, Asha. She went above and beyond to accommodate all the things I was seeking at the end of the day, such as a toothbrush and ect. Everything from the stay to the breakfast was phenomenal! I would love to stay here again!

The facility was very clean, and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was great for Saturday if only they prepared more.

On our 1st night the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The Saturday breakfast was great but most of the food was gone by 8am. The Sunday breakfast didn't have much to pick from or it wasn't put out at 8am.
