The location to my final destination was very important. This location was central. Plenty of restaurants, and the market HEB were very close by. The suite was clean, modern and very quiet (though I could see the highway from the bedroom window). For my work responsibilities, the WIFI was strong and steady. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was comfortable. I appreciated the open-air interior courtyard that was available for sitting. The staff was amazing! I had to add to my reservation because I was coming in very early (1:00am), the staff set up a secure lock-box and self check-in was a breeze. I had to extend my checkout by a couple of hours. With no hesitation, the staff extended my checkout time. I definitely highly, highly recommend this location of StayAPT.

The property is easily accessible to major thoroughfares and the Interstate. The surrounding areas are quiet and affluent. Good choices for dining or fuel are readily available. Security is present at night which is a bonus for travelers. Management and Staff are PHENOMENAL and very attentive! The property is CLEAN, spacious and welcoming!

There wasn’t anything I did not like about the property!

Loved the size of the rooms, the courtyard, the comfort of the beds. Overall, it was a fantastic place for us.

Sleeper sofa was broken down and very uncomfortable, so had to sit on bar stools or bed to watch television.

Max the super, and front desk manager, was above and beyond making sure all necessary items were taken care of that were not in our room. He was always a phone call away and really took the extra mile in customer satisfaction. We even had an incident with our vehicle needing to a Stay a few days do to some lost keys and he said it would be fine.

There is only one elevator in the entire building. We were kn thenthird floor. Which the elevator was always available. If it had not been available, it could have been a little too much work.

Clean (probably because it’s a new property), appreciated that I was allowed to use electrical outlet to charge EV, quiet hours at 9pm

We had a total of four rooms that were missing items; coffee pot (2 rooms), hair dryer 3 rooms), iron (3 rooms), ironing board (1 room), front desk closes at 8.

Staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed to move to a handicapped room with wheelchair shower access and had to extend our stay

very clean & convenient location for the memorial service we were attended while in San Antonio. loved the layout of the king suite & the bed was so comfy.

The accessible room was really big and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

There was no accessible room on the ground floor unfortunately, but the lift was right next to the room on the 1st floor so that was helpful.

Let me say, this is my first 10 review. I am a VERY hard person to please, and when it comes to hotels, I may be broke but I still want clean, Comfortable, and good service Well this place had it all! Granted it was new, but wow if every location i was traveling too I would never have to worry about where i would be staying again. Clean! Comfortable! Spacious! Great Design. All the amenities inside. I can't sat enough. Please keep this place looking nice and affordable.

Couldn't complain about a thing.

Roomy and easy to check in. Nice kitchen with dishes and utensils and glasses. Beds were fairly comfortable. Separate bathroom with a door - not just the toilet had a door like in some hotels.
