Carlos at the front desk was pleasant and kind. The room was very clean. Housekeepers were polite, restocked the room with needed items and took out trash. Dietary staff kept eating area very clean during breakfast hours. My family enjoyed the swimming pool, and sitting under the covered patio.

More hot breakfast choices.

I stayed here 9 nights after moving my son from FL to TX. The location was great as it was only 5 miles from his new apartment. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Having a free breakfast was so nice also! My son will be stationed there for 4 years so I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

I thought the breakfast choices were great.

We asked for maid service on the second day and we're told all requests such as this has to be made before 9am. That was nor written anywhere in the room. In fact rhe room said that maid service was provided every 2 days. With Tuesday being our second day I would have assumed we wouldn't had to have asked. So this was a.little misleading.

I liked almost everything. The amenities, breakfast, rooms, and window view. The pool was great as well!

It would be cool to switch the old TVs for smart TVs and a small upgrade to fast Type-C chargers. I saw a roach on the hallway, but as long as they're not in my room im good 😅.

Everything was pretty nice, but i will say that the tv may need to be updated… i bought a movie and it was very blurry. If it would have been clearer i would have bought more movies…

I love that the staff was nice and that it’s close to food options and a grocery place, helps if you need something it’s there.

I enjoyed the use of space in the room and the quality of the towels and blankets.

Breakfast was out of everything. Batter was out, no bacon, eggs. Had to wait for everything to get refilled slowly. Even juices were watered down. I was charged for pet stay and didn’t have pets. I called and they said they charged the wrong room.

My shower and bed situation were not ideal. I reserved a King Suite or room...I had a request for a shower versus a tub- not a huge deal now they did make the accommodation which was great however, they failed to inform us that we would have two double beds, my husband and I had to move the beds together and it wasn't too comfortable sleeping like that. But overall the stay was nice and the staff was friendly, location was great and price was worth it. Some parts of the room looked dated but otherwise no major issues.

The size of the room..The Breakfast buffet, I like the fact that hotel is walking distance from a few restaurants..I like that u have personal hotel cards to get in and out of the building.That helps to keep anyone that's not suppose to be there out of the hotel.

That couch look a little dated .I feel that a nice new couch could brighten the room. The ironing board was off balance..

I like that regardless of the amount of people staying there the hotel stays pretty quiet.I also have to mention David. He was the clerk on duty one night/morning when I came into the vestibule and spilled not one but two drinks on the floor and the door. He was generous enough to take his time to clean up after me. I mean he would not take no for an answer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was exhausted, and I really did appreciate that!! It’s nice when someone goes above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this kind of service to my family and friends!!

There on business instead of pleasure. Great place to stay!

The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for our stay in Schertz.

The benches at the breakfast table were too soft and I felt like a little kid looking over the edge. The chairs were very good.
