Breakfast was excellent! Front desk staff were so pleasant and friendly. Jennifer and Elizabeth asked me how I slept, I told them I slept great other than waking up with a headache. Jennifer gave me Tylenol without me even asking. I was going to venture across the street to Walmart. That was great customer service seeing the need of a customer and acting upon it. Elizabeth was efficient in signing me up for rewards. Kitchen was clean and they had a leak on Saturday and by Sunday morning it was temporarily patched up and cleaned to tend to the needs of the guests.

No access to sit by the pool because it was closed.

The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable! But the best part of the experience was staff member Cody, who checked me in. He was prompt in assisting me, professional, very personable- made me feel welcome. He assisted me in getting a room that was perfect for me, and even gave me a coupon for my favorite place to eat in TX (Whataburger!!) He was very thoughtful, and I knew if I had any other questions about the facility or the local community, I could ask him! I wish more hotels had staff like Cody! I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future! Thank you, Cody!!

Looked like it had recently had a face lift

Using the card to open the door did not work properly. We had to get the desk clerk to come down and push the door open with his shoulder. Plus the sink drain stopper was stuck closed and the water drained very slowly. I reported both of these issues to the front desk when we checked out.

Friendly staff, large room. The workout room was really nice and they had towels. The lit up make up mirror in the bathroom was exceptional.

Although the room was clean, you can tell it was surface cleaned. For instance, on the door knob, there was buildup of some sort. Probably body oils.

Wonderful customer service!! The guy at the front desk was very accommodating, helpful and friendly! He offered to make a fresh pot of coffee for us at 4:00 in the afternoon. They had cookies at front desk and coffee station available the whole day. It is the little things like this that make your property stand out.

Everything was clean and the coffee. I did need it through out the day. The staff were very nice

The only thing just one person working in the front. The person who was working in the front probably had other issues to deal with and my family had to wait more than 10 minutes.

It was clean and the guy at the desk was very friendly. Many places to eat are nearby within walking distance.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property but was a bit expensive. It was move in day for Tarleton State for many staying there so I don’t know if the prices get hiked up because of that reason.

We were in a downstairs room and the next morning my son realized the window was left cracked open and anyone could have entered from the outside....not good.

Windows need to be double checked that they are completely closed and locked properly.

Did not like the way they raised their prices one day to another I think what they are doing would be called price gouging like the accommodations but they are over priced it I came here to work and it cost me more to stay than I made my week.

The staff was very personable and friendly! They were eager to help when we asked for extra bedding for the pull-out! Also, It was super quiet, so I was able to get a great night's sleep.

I was a little uneasy when I could see quite a bit of light coming through the door, but we were able to lock the deadbolt and the latch and didn't have any problems whatsoever!
