The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable! But the best part of the experience was staff member Cody, who checked me in. He was prompt in assisting me, professional, very personable- made me feel welcome. He assisted me in getting a room that was perfect for me, and even gave me a coupon for my favorite place to eat in TX (Whataburger!!) He was very thoughtful, and I knew if I had any other questions about the facility or the local community, I could ask him! I wish more hotels had staff like Cody! I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future! Thank you, Cody!!

Nothing I didnt like

Wonderful customer service!! The guy at the front desk was very accommodating, helpful and friendly! He offered to make a fresh pot of coffee for us at 4:00 in the afternoon. They had cookies at front desk and coffee station available the whole day. It is the little things like this that make your property stand out.

It was clean and the guy at the desk was very friendly. Many places to eat are nearby within walking distance.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property but was a bit expensive. It was move in day for Tarleton State for many staying there so I don’t know if the prices get hiked up because of that reason.

The staff was very personable and friendly! They were eager to help when we asked for extra bedding for the pull-out! Also, It was super quiet, so I was able to get a great night's sleep.

I was a little uneasy when I could see quite a bit of light coming through the door, but we were able to lock the deadbolt and the latch and didn't have any problems whatsoever!

Did not eat their Breakfast

Did not like the way they raised their prices one day to another I think what they are doing would be called price gouging like the accommodations but they are over priced it I came here to work and it cost me more to stay than I made my week.

We were in a downstairs room and the next morning my son realized the window was left cracked open and anyone could have entered from the outside....not good.

Windows need to be double checked that they are completely closed and locked properly.

Everything was fine. Enjoyed our stayed. Was convenient for us, we needed close to the college for those two days in town. Thanks, staff was great too.

Breakfast wasn’t great but not horrible, there was no juice or any options to have other drinks available. Variety would be nice on choices for breakfast. Door didn’t shut right in bathroom in our room and didn’t lock, other than that everything was great.

Clean and Well lit. We arrived late to the property as we were having vehicle trouble so decided to spend the night. We were able to fix what was needed on our vehicle in the parking lot and get a good nights rest to head home the next morning after a nice continental breakfast.

Caleb at the front desk is amazing. Had a huge hiccup when I got there and my room wasn’t booked. He figured it out and got me to my room! They have been wonderful every time I stayed.

Walls sometimes can be thin and you might hear more than you want to!

Breakfast was good. Always has the best pillows and most comfortable beds. Love they carried Dove products .

Found several live back crickets in the room (3rd floor). Air unit worked fine, nice and cold but it was very musty smelling coming into the room. Pool was closed. Lots of slamming doors in the AM. One barking dog.
