The hotel was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; very customer service oriented. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. There was ample parking for our trucks and trailers/Jeeps. Location with regard to the National Parks was fabulous being it was on the very north end of town but also convenient in location for access to Moab restaurants and shops. There is a great brewery within walking distance. The only things that I would change would be the equipment availability in the gym facility, this is one of the most important amenities for me when I travel and it was essentially unusable with the exception of a few dumbbells. Also, upon our arrival the room smelled pretty musty but it was cool enough that we were able to leave the window open for a few days and it dissipated as the week progressed. Overall it was great and we will definitely stay again.

This hotel is amazing. Its location is great. Peaceful but close to town. It’s a huge property with beautiful grounds to walk your dog or take in nature (next door to a what looks like a bird sanctuary) and lost so space for kids to play. The room was new, comfortable, clean and perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’m definitely going back. Breakfast was like a restaurant. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, pancakes, toast and pastries, cereal, oatmeal, fruit drinks, amazing coffee in a great room. Uriah at the front desk was so very nice and caring and helpful. Just a great great stay. Cleanest hotel.

We love staying here when we come to Moab! The rooms are very nice, including the bed and the pillows, theres a cute little hot tub with a garage style door that opens up to the heated pool outside. Theres a mini convenience store area in case you should need anything. In all my 30 years of life I have never gotten fresh baked cookies at a hotel and it was the best! Every day you could get a delicious cookie. Don't even get me started on the quality of the continental breakfast. To say the least, we're huge fans (this is the 2nd time we've stayed here)m and we'll always stay here!

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the fridge also had a freezer. I liked that the breakfast area was large, so it never felt crowded. It had a good selection of food. The locations was fantastic-close to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse Point State Park. I didn't go in the pool, but others enjoyed it. The hot tub was a good temperature and roomy. The lobby had a nice sitting area. I would stay here again.

Not a major complaint, but the hot tub could use a little sprucing up.

We had a much larger room than needed due to an upgrade from booking but it was amazing and would have been perfect had my whole family joined us on this trip. The beds were comfortable and the little couch was great to sit and relax on after a long day. The staff was very friendly and a great selection at breakfast.

Nothing against the hotel but we took an uber to get downtown for dinner and didn't want to fight parking. She was the only uber in town and we didn't know it so thankfully we got home before she went off duty or it would have been a decent walk.

I likes the location, the staff, and the pet friendly hotel!

There was never hot water for a decent shower.

Aarchway Inn provided a clean, spacious room with easy access to the highway. The buffet breakfast was tasty and abundant. Variety of selections available to please anyone. Dining room was spacious, clean and attended by staff always ready to help. The check-in was accomplished with professionalism in a timely manner. The Cafe Bar in the lobby was really good serving espresso, lattes and other drinks. Facilities available include coin laundry, pool and hot tub which we did not use. This inn is a good value for the money, and we would stay there once again.

My wife and I stayed at the Archway in early August while visiting Moab attractions. We enjoyed the location, price and quality of the hotel. In early September i had friends come to visit me from NY. Our plan was to make a tour thru Colorado, Utah and Arizona on our motorcycles. I checked the Archway and to my surprise they had a Queen room with 3-queen beds available. Compare that to a Laquinta that we stayed in Durango the night before that had 2 queens and a pull out couch from the 1970's.. anyway. we booked the Archway and the room was LARGE and the beds very comfortable! we ended up checking out after one night because we were going to move on but decided later that afternoon to stay another night. We went back to the Archway and they were able to put us back in the same comfortable room for another night.

breakfast was ok the first morning. I am not a fan of what appears to be powdered, or reconstituted egg, but they had other options, cereal, pancakes, etc..the next day the had bacon in the menu which i was happy for. good coffee in the cafeteria and the little snack station in the lobby

Room was clean and large for 2 people. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and polite. Great location as our main focus was Arches National Park and Canyonlands. Moab had great restaurants. Would recommend to others going to Moab.

My only complaint was to have a better selection of fresh fruit for breakfast. (such as bananas, berries). I don't care for fruit from a can or apples every day as the only fruit. Otherwise, no complaints. The eating area was kept clean and spotless.

I love that they have installed full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, which goes a long way to eliminate all the waste of single use bottles! I got a great cup of coffee from the coffee bar just before they closed for the night. The breakfast bar was much better than most!! Lots of options, including spinach and tomatoes for salad, fresh fruit, and lots of the usual eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal etc.

The bed was a bit too soft and bouncy for me but I still slept fine.
