We rented a Presidential Suite, which was great! Spacious, well-equipped with a kitchen and laundry, and super clean. What surprised us a little was the cleaning policy of the hotel. Due to “privacy reasons,” the room (although a so-called Presidential Suite with a good price) will only be cleaned after the stay. But okay, once we learned that, we managed it. The breakfast was good. Fresh fruits, cereals, and many kinds of bagels come, among other great food like steamed vegetables, scrambled eggs, bacon, and more. The location is great! Just a few minutes away, you are at the entrance of the Arches National Park. A few miles further, you enter Dead Horse Point and Canyonland National Park! Excellent!

This is a great place to stay; we’re doing a three week road trip staying in 11 different locations and this is the best property by far. The suites are spacious, really well equipped and very clean. For us the washing machine / dryer gave us a chance to clean some clothes given the length of the trip we’re on. The lay out of the whole property is very well thought out and all the suites face away from the nearby highway which runs right through Moab. Service from all the staff was great, we ate in the on site restaurant (open in the evening at weekends) one night and Moab is 5 minutes away for the other nights. The complimentary breakfast was really good, with staff keeping everything topped up. The location is at the ‘arches’ end of Moab so if you’re on an early start dave’s you a few minutes. I honestly can’t recommend this place more highly. You can definitely pay much more for much less in this town but I doubt you’ll find anything better.

An excellent stay in the "Presidential Apartment". We were lucky to be assigned a lovely room at the end of the building with a great outlook. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. This proved to be a great stop over after a couple of weeks' touring, allowing rest, relaxation (and doing some washing!!). Reception welcoming and helpful.

Not really so much "didn't like", but rather "slightly disappointing" - the breakfast room (unless you could get a table in the smaller area with windows) with paper plates and plastic cutlery seemed a contrast to the luxury elsewhere.

The suite was comfortable and the the kitchen was great. We appreciated the full size kitchen and the washer and dryer. Since we were hiking it the laundry was a nice bonus.

The rooms are excellent. Our particular room overlooked the RV park. It was fine but with the RV generators going it wasn’t the ideal view. They had other areas on property it by the time we got back to the room we were happy to enjoy the suite. Nicely designed rooms. The chairs looks great but are not that comfortable. The sofa was.

If you're staying in Moab and want one of the best hotels WM will not disappoint. Great room amenities (washer dryer in room, full kitchen (minus oven), a fireplace (electric). Hotel had fantastic facilities too. Breakfast had a wonderful spread.

Breakfast starts way too late (7am). Especially in the summer when everyone is trying to beat the heat at Arches, breakfast should really start 530/6. As such from our 3 night stay we made breakfast twice and only ate on the final morning we were leaving.

Very clean, modern and great location with fantastic views.

Poolside bar and restaurant only open for breakfast. Would have been nice if we could have had drinks during the day or even a simple dinner in the evening. I'm guessing that as may of the units are apartments guest choose to cook in. Especially those with children to save $. We were lucky that it wasn't school holidays so the place was not excessively busy. But would guess with children about the pool area wouldn't be peaceful. Save for early in the morning 7-8am

We really enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable. The suite was spotless, beds very comfortable, quiet, and perfect location. Our only complaint was the breakfast included with the price of our room was disgusting. Very disappointing. We ate breakfast one morning and ate breakfast in our suite the rest of the week.

Breakfast was disgusting.

2 bedroom suite was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very convenient to have washer and dryer in the room. It was fun to have a family game area available

Our balcony had view to the trailer park. Would have been nicer to have a different view. Would have been nice if pool was a little larger and had more water features for children to play. $18 breakfast price per person was a bit high for options offered. Would have liked to see more variety of fresh cut fruit

It was a newer facility and kept up well. It was located close to downtown, although not quite walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Some rooms have great views, but not all. Not too crowded and layout was comfortable.

Some front desk staff were not friendly at all. They didn't smile, didn't offer to help and came across as disinterested to answer any questions. Some rooms have no views from the patio except for a view of the building next to it. We asked to move to a room with a better view and it took asking for a manager to finally get the staff to look to see if there were any rooms available.

The "presidential suites" are awesome - so roomy and new and beautifully designed. And anything you could possibly imagine needing has been thought of - dishsoap, detergent for the washing machine, koffie, filters, etc. (even tiny salt & pepper shakers) - we were impressed. Great balcony and good view! And the bed is extremely comfortable, incredible shower, and everythng is so spacious. The airco throughout the house is unobtrusive and very comfortable! The pool was nice too, great views. A genuine pleasure to be stay here.

Really nothing to mention here, except maybe the breakfast is not bad, pretty much the same that you will find anywhere in hotels these days.... paper plates and plastic utensils, you know the routine...but I sense some effort to make it all relatively pleasant and complete.
