Breakfast and location were absolutely great, the gym/fitness area and pool / hot tub area were exceptional, especially the gym! (Pool sometimes a bit crowded). Location that close to Arches NP and Canyonlands NP as well as Dead Horse Point State Park was exceptional and the area - outside Moab - felt safe, easy to walk around and wonderful views to the rocky areas. Especially a lady of the front desk had best tips for tourists.

Our room was very damp as the air conditioning didn't work properly - would have hoped, that when we told them, we would have gotten another room, as we stayed for 3 nights, plus we were just above the roof leading to the pool, so our view was limited by that.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views of both the red rocks and the white La Sal mountains. Great location just a few easy miles to Arches NP. Beautiful pool with Arch water feature. The breakfast was absolutely top notch with bacon, eggs and sausage each day.

We stayed four nights and the only downside was how loud the hotel is at night. The pool is open until 11 and voices carry very loudly up to the rooms. Every night we could hear screaming kids or teens until 11 and they woke me up a few times. We were also able to easily hear all the people around us and in the hallway.

The staff were excellent!! The whole town lost power for hours (7pm-10ish?), and the staff handled it all very well. They were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole situation. We hung out in the lobby because it was hot in our rooms without ac and I personally watched them interact with dozens of tired and frustrated customers, and there was no end to their customer service! The staff rocks! I would definitely stay here again because of the staff alone. Breakfast and location were awesome, too.

The pool was great. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods to choose from.

The gym equipment was awful. The treadmills are probably 20-25 years old and were way squeaky. Our room was great, but the bathroom could have used some work. The toilet seat was old and falling apart. The shower had low pressure because the tub nose was coming out of the wall.

Newly renovated and like new. Well staffed and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and there was enough food for the guests. Very good location when visiting the National Park.

No real negatives. The property is on the north edge of town so you can’t reach restaurants or shops by foot.

I liked everything about this hotel, it was an awesome stay the rooms were clean and the lighting was just perfect. I liked how it mentioned if you forgot Colgate or razor we have them downstairs. This hotel provided everything you need, breakfast was yummy lots to eat, also had a pool and hot tub which is open in the winters till 11pm.

We checked in and right away noticed A/C wasn’t working and body wash was empty. Called front desk and Liz was the one who came up to deliver the body wash as well as check the A/C. She end up giving us another room. Thank you Liz!

Great parking for trailers. Hot Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful

Refrigerator was a bit noisy all night but I could turn the room fan to continuously low for canceling out the noise

Breakfast was outstanding, large variety of choices. Room was clean.

Pool was clear but, tile around the pool water was dirty. The floor above my room was noisy you could here every foot steep.

Nice hotel, good location, decent facilities. What you should expect from a 3 star hotel.

Flaky elevator and a room maintenance issue (that was quickly fixed when we let them know)
