I was assigned a room in the location that fulfilled my special request. The room had a hardwood style floor, so if I had been traveling with my dog, it would have been very pet friendly. It's good to know that these accommodations exist for travelers with pets. My television quit working and a call to the front desk resulted in a very quick response from Mr. Gandhi, the owner/manager. He knew just what to do to fix the problem and there were no other issues with the TV.

Location. It is about a mile from my daughters house. And the price is decent compared to the other Hotels in the area.

In my room there was a Coffee pot with no tray to put the Coffee in. There is a list of numbers you can call for services, but the phone in the room has no cord connecting it to the wall. So it’s a paperweight. It would be nice if the staff would listen to the problem before trying to fix the situation. Also someone who understands English would be nice.

The receptionist was professional and checked me in with great haste. I like that I was able to book rooms last minute due to camping equipment failure during a freak windstorm in Utah.

Breakfast and was a bit lacking. I'm an eggs and meat kind of guy. What was provided got me through the day. Thank you.

The location was convenient.

Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, cold cereal and fruit. Unfortunately, the family that came down for breakfast after me, didn’t all get to eat biscuits because there wasn’t enough. This was at 7:30am, breakfast is until 9am. I didn’t see anyone replenishing the food items.

This is my go to hotel when I visit the Vernal area. I have stayed here once, sometimes twice, for the past five years. Having a kitchenette is just what I want for my extended stays.

The pool is seldom in service and the hot tub is sometimes not functioning.

Management was very nice and helpful . Booking.com screwed up my registration and Paul was able to correct it

A few small items in the room needed to be upgraded.

That it had new carpeting and was clean The fridge was nice

The complimentary breakfast was really not good no eggs or protein served advertize swimming pool and sauna did not tell us that when we booked they were n ot in use

Room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fine, plenty available if not particularly healthy options. Waffle maker with syrup was a raging success though! Pool was cold but hot tub was lovely and warm 103F. Not in the best of maintenance condition with a clearly visible scum line and chipped paintwork but usable.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure excellent. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The motel was quiet and breakfast was good.

The carpet in the elevator needed a good scrubbing and one bedspread should have been replaced.

The room had a kitchenette which I was not aware of and was very roomy. There was ample space to get around. It was quite clean. We were able to have our dog.

Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. The freezer had leftover ice cream from the previous tenant. When we requested a plug for the tub we were told we would have one in 5-10min. It was never delivered.
