The room was amazing! We were not expecting a little kitchen with a stovetop, and a mini frig/ freezer. The bathroom was big and beautiful, everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable ! The guy at the desk, super nice and helpful. And the breakfast in the morning... My kids wouldn't stop talking about the make your own waffles the whole way home!

I think they nailed it. It was definitely a 10 compared to the last place we stayed in VT!

Room at the Motel was close to the areas we wanted to be. The room was spacious and clean. It included a fridge, coffee maker and nice shampoo and body wash. The bed was comfortable with decent white bedding...felt clean. The room also offered a LG tv and 2 somewhat comfortable chairs. Also included a fairly good sz closet if you were staying a bit. All rooms ground floor easy access to car. Continental breakfast was included but we did not advantage of it.

The chairs outside were just outside the door facing the parking lot.

The mattress was softer than I prefer; I didn’t check if there was a choice-there may be. This is a minor detail-the stay was very comfortable, the staff were very pleasant, the place is easy to find. If I has known there was a pool I would have brought my swimwear! Thank you for an enjoyable stay. The room was a very generous size, as was the bathroom. The room was also very clean. Very good value for money.

See comments on bed, but that’s just a personal preference, so not a complaint.

it’s in a quiet location, about a five-minute drive from Manchester Center. Situated on Rte. 7A, there are a few other older-style motels and cabins. The room was clean.

When I entered the main building to check in, three men behind the counter just stared at me. no one greeted me, they just stared. it was off-putting, so I spoke up. One of the men spoke. His accent was very pronounced and I couldn’t always understand him. A simple check-in took nearly 15 minutes. When my husband and I opened the door to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned. But the young man must have realized, because he came running toward us to apologize. We went into the center for a couple of hours and when we returned, the room was clean.

Excellent location with spacious rooms and 2 comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was OK

Ridiculously small and thin towels; if they were better, a MUCH higher rating would apply. Also, the room heater is very noisy...had to turn it off over night.

Without requesting it, we got upgraded to a room in the second building, behind the first one. These rooms have a nice view of mountains, and of a small pond, and greenery all around. We enjoyed our take out dinner on the balcony!

The breakfast was a little bit "basic", but I would not say I did not like it. There just was not much choice. Still, it was not a big problem, and my wife got a lesson from another guest on how to make waffles with the hotel appliance! :-)

Location, quietness m, breakfast offered for free, close to Wilson House, mini kitchen.

There was this smell of horses in my room but all I had to do was keep our window open.

This is a pleasant and very clean motel. Excellent for the price. The free breakfast was typical, but also included hard-boiled eggs and waffles. All in all a very nice experience.

Great location and a nice country vibe. Like a hotel from yesteryear that a friendly family is working to keep clean, comfortable and affordable.

Smelled a little “off” but maybe that’s a seasonal thing for Vermont in the spring.

Breakfast was not out. We are workers who need to be out and on the road before 8AM. Advertising breakfast and then not having it out, was quite disappointing
