The innkeepers were extremely helpful and friendly. Although not the newest of places, we found it charming and quaint and in a perfect location for local ski areas and little towns for shopping. There was a beautiful lounge where we could enjoy large screen TV, pool table, and family meals. We were there from Thursday-Saturday so it was pretty empty on Thursday and Friday night was booked solid but it was still peaceful. We enjoyed the BBQ grill on the patio overlooking Bromley Mountain Ski area. Our dog was welcomed and allowed wherever we went. Most people staying there had dogs. Our 16 yr old twins had never been to the mountains and they really enjoyed themselves! Wonderful stay!

The only issue we had was with the TV in the room. It would not stay on wifi long enough to watch anything but we were fortunate nobody else was using the lounge so we could watch what we wanted.

Breakfast mid week did not include eggs or breakfast meats which was a little disappointing, but there were breads, waffle machine, oatmeal, etc, so it was fine.

Guests apparently don't shower after a full day of skiing even though the hot tub "rules" remind guests if you don't shower before using hot tub, it's hard to keep tub clean. The water in the tub was sketchy and the grime built up on the tub walls was concerning. The Inn should probably recognize guests are unlikely to clean themselves up before using hot tub and the Inn should have tub cleaned or serviced daily

The location was excellent with spectacular mountain views. The breakfast was basic but at the same time excellent with a home cooked touch. The hotel was very homely with an individual non corporate feel. The lounge area was relaxing and the children loved the poole table. The room we had was clean and nicely decorated but a little small for 4 people. Added bonus was the always available coffee and the microwave.

Husband and I traveling through the area for fall foliage and selected this property based on the great reviews, value and location. Quiet and clean with very friendly staff in the morning (shoutout to Skyler!) Enjoyed the breakfast waffles and good coffee as well along with the awesome view. New owners doing an amazing job.

The outside of the property could use some care, but new owners are working to make updates and improvements. Would have liked a curtain on the bathroom window.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great, just what we needed to start our day. Erin made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.The inn was very nice and centrally located for easy access to surrounding area parks and restaurants etc.

Not much really. Bathroom vent fans could use a vacuuming.

Cute little inn, loved the family feel to it. Staff was super nice. We arrived after they had closed up kitchen. We had 2 hungry kids and they went out of their way to whip up some quick food for them. Breakfast was wonderful and they went out of their way as well to make sure we had everything we liked.

Limited parking, but we were fine and everyone fit.

We have been on the road about a month, visited about 20 states already and must have slept in at least 20 hotels … if you ever find yourself in Vermont you must try to stay here ….of all the hotels we stayed in this was the only one that made you feel like family and not a guest . They were the only ones that made home made muffins and if you are there when Erin makes her chocolate chip banana bread that is an extra treat. I heard her tell a guest when she was out of hard boiled eggs that she could scramble him one ( this was 5 minutes before breakfast was ending)who does that… the common room that was opened to all the guests made you feel like you were at a cousin’s house … the atmosphere was welcoming

Loved the lounge and the hot tub, really enjoyed being able to access the lounge area 24/7 and play pool for free. The whole property has a very laid back and chill feel that I really enjoyed!

Showers maybe could've been a little cleaner, and I would've liked to have some sort of curtain on the bathroom window for privacy but no major issues.

The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful. I liked the lounge area. My stay was very peaceful. I like the list of rules.

The bathroom door didn’t shut. The room door was very hard to open. The humidity in the room was difficult to control. The mattress was too high.

The view was gorgeous, and we enjoyed the casual friendly feeling ambience. The hot tub in with the view was spectacular, especially with the snow, and my children enjoyed playing pool. We felt like we were back in time, it was such a treat to stay here. We hope to be back very soon.
