It’s in a good location, right in the heart of Manchester, Vermont. A lot of the charm of Manchester is being lost, however, to overbuilding (there’s a brewing company being built right in front of the hotel - a construction site that’s messy). The hotel is fine for a short stay - corporate and lacking the character of an independent or smaller place. No housekeeping services but they still charge a daily fee to have a dog. What’s up with that? Breakfast is included - a standard buffet with cereal, fruit, baked goods, hot items (scrambled eggs, sausage).

EXCELLENT LOCATION - Right across the street from a grocery store, gas station and Dunkin. Can easily walk to town for restaurants, shops and activities THIS HOTEL HAS EVERYTHING!! - Free HOT Breakfast which included omlets, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit and make your own waffles! Sooooo much food and it was really good food, worth the increased room cost alone just for this fabulous breakfast. But wait, it gets better... FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES, Coffee, Tea, and Hot Coco all day in the lobby!!! THEY TAKE PETS! - Lots of green space around the hotel to walk your dogs, including bags. The only downside is they said you can't leave your pet alone in the room when you go out. INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB & FITNESS CENTER - All really good, yes the pool is super small but it's great, and the gym was really well stocked with equipment, treadmills, weights, etc. Had everything I needed to do a full hour workout.

The cost was higher that what we usually pay in Manchester, but that being said, the full free breakfast, location and amenities make up for it. My only complain is I wish we could leave our dog in the hotel room (in a crate) while we run out to explore town and eat dinner.

EVERY employee at this facility was king and friendly!! The service was wonderful and room clean with nice amenities for the price i paid. I loved staying here.

the light was alittle dim and there was no real fan in bathroom so it steamed up after showering

The maid service is only on alternate days. If, like us, you’re staying for 2 nights, surely they could arrange for the maid to clean on your first morning. Otherwise, again like us, you wont have beds made, towels refreshed, trash cans emptied etc. before you checkout.

Breakfast was good. I don’t eat beef and pork products and wished I had an option, however Stacy Baker was wonderful in assisting me to have their chicken sausage with my breakfast even though it wasn’t on the menu that day😊

I prefer dark roast coffee. They had options for guests to have dark or light roast coffee, however, one of the managers decided to weaken the dark roast and therefore I had to get my coffee from DD across the street. I wasn’t the only guest that complained of the weak dark roast and when I stayed there earlier in the yr, it was not a problem, the coffee was as it should have been.

The best part of my stay was how clean the hotel was kept, the friendly staff and wonderful location.

The main purpose of our trip was family time for the kids in the pool, unfortunately the pool is extremely cold. I wish they can have it a bit warmer. During my stay there many people didnt use the pool because of how cold it was. But there is a hot tub if you care for that. I would love to go back here because vermont is so beautiful, but I'm not sure if I will because of the pool so cold for the kids.😕

Upon arrival, we were greeted with very pleasant staff. Our room was decorated so thoughtfully, and the beds were super comfy. The free breakfast was delicious and laid out well. Additionally, the decor in the hotel was very warm and inviting. We loved it here and will be back for sure!

pet friendly .... very nice room.... comfortable bed..... shower was hot and had 5 setting on the shower head.......pool was refreshiing. breakfast was filling and good centrally located to shopping.

no ramp at dog entrance as spouse has hard time walking.and stair were difficult. going around really too far. and refridgerator fan hummed all night. (vac the fan intake)

This hotel amd the city in general are so cute and quaint! The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for things to see and do. The room was comfortable, the hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast selection was nice. I even loved the way the lobby was decorated for the winter holidays.

Everything was very nice. The staff that we dealt with especially Celine and El. We're exceptionally nice and helpful. Gave us good advice on places to go and things to do. We had a great time, thank you. Everyone we came in contact with was 👍 great. Also everything was very clean.Amazihg breakfast!!
