Beautifully maintained property and we loved the indoor pool and hot tub areas. In addition, we loved the on ground dining room and breakfast.

The only thing that could be improved is having housekeeping available. We stayed for 5 days and requested housekeeping about halfway through the visit for towel refresh and room garbage cans and floors swept or vacuumed. We were told they would send someone but that didn’t occur until days after request. When we called to ask for towels again we were told to pick them up ourselves at office. Floors stayed dirty even after housekeeping. Other than that the stay was great!

I loved the room. It had a sink, microwave, refrigerator, whirlpool with shower a double sink in bathroom. The Livingroom area and deck was great. I love the area and short walk to town. They have breakfast and evening you can go to there diner to dinner if you like on certain day. It was very relaxing and enjoyed the place! When there was trouble with key not opening our door they fixed it right away.

I didn't have anything I didn't like.

We use the suite rooms. We have been staying here for decades. We really like the semi-downtown location, it is far enough away to be quiet and private and close enough to walk to town. It was privately owned and they sold to a larger company. The new company has done well to keep the service level high.

I have no negatives to say about the property or the staff.

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was so helpful! He went above and beyond and walked out with us to show us where we were staying. He also made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant to ensure we had a table. His name was Michael. Exceptional service!!

The mattress in our room was not comfortable. I think it is very old. I would replace it.

Jackie, the manager, is incredible and very helpful and accomodating! She was able to upgrade my 3-night stay to a larger apt which was very spacious and in a very quiet area on the property. I have stayed at Palmer a number of times and it is my go-to place when in the area. You can't beat the location to the town of Manchester and local attractions.

convenient location easy to find almost in the center of Manchester town and popular restaurants beautiful scenery nice breakfast area with delicious breakfast warm indoor pool spacy room #20 with king size bed and pull out sofa plenty of space to dry clothes after a wet day on the mountain. easy to regulate temperature in the room can open windows for fresh air comfortable bed. not the first time we stay here

one of the sinks wasn’t draining but had another sink in the bathroom which is nice. little pricey for President s day weekend that’s why we moved to the nearby Aspen for 3 more nights at a cheaper rate. thin walls we had neighbors with running toddler and were all woken up by 6 am.

We had a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a king sized bed a Jacuzzi and a spacious sitting room with a deck. The receptionist was very friendly knowledgeable and gave us a great recommendation for dining.

I wish we had longer to stay.

Location

Room decor dated and had seen better days. Curtains were worn, pictures were faded. 2 blueberry muffins from breakfast that I brought back to my room were moldy and foul smelling when I opened the package the following day.

We had a large room with free wifi, the beds were comfortable and there was a back door out to the communal grassed area where there was a large firepit which was lit in the evening so that you could sit around and meet fellow guests which was nice. Continental breakfast was good and parking outside door. There were eating places not too far away.

There were several buildings on the site and it was not immediately obvious which was the place to check in.

Our suite was spacious, although the outside deck needs work. We have stayed here before, and location is very good. Breakfast was good.

The outdoor pool was not open. The website mentions an on-site golf course, but it is really a pitch and putt course.
