A cute, comfortable hotel with great views. The office staff were great and gave me a recommendation for dinner. The bed was comfortable, and there was breakfast every morning. Quiet location with beautiful landscaping. And the rooms have real keys which I appreciate.

It took me a bit to figure out the temp controls in the room. It was a bit warm considering I had the fan on in 50° weather. I found in the morning that the rooms' original heat source was on battling against the fan.

The room was huge. Well equipped. Everything I needed. Cozy. Big patio. Decorated very nicely for fall. Nice views. Parking space was large enough and not cramped.

The jacuzzi in the room was very cramped. Guess I just assumed it would be a 2 person one. We could just barely squeeze both of us in. It was still nice though and functioned well. Would have been nice to have a microwave too but not a deal breaker. The breakfast was very light and we couldn’t toast and make ourselves. Had to schedule a time. Again not a deal breaker but could be improved.

Very nice, quiet hotel only minutes from the center of town. Nice facilities, great view. Breakfast offers things like fresh fruit and freshly baked muffins. Housekeeping is provided daily. We stayed here 2 years ago during Covid-19 and even then they provided daily housekeeping when it was commonplace for hotels to provide no housekeeping at all. I respect this hotel for doing that. Well run, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

WiFi was unstable from time to time. Also, the bathroom ventilator wasn't working (the casing was visibly broken) so showers would steam up the mirror and take a lot of time to clear up (even with the window and door open). Both of these items were minor inconveniences but it would be nice to remedy both matters for an even better stay.

I booked this hotel to be away from the town center, to have a balcony with a view, and a nice outdoor pool. I got all those things and was very pleased. The breakfast you bring back to your room was well prepared and convenient. It is also great to park right outside the room!

There was a power outage when we arrived, but these things happen. The check in person was not freaked out, so the guest doesn’t freak out. No big deal.

The location is excellent for exploring the Manchester area. The gardens are beautiful and add to the magnificent views. The shower head was great. The bed comfortable.

I thought there was actual breakfast included. However the “breakfast” is only various breads and yogurt. Nothing cooked, Not even a boiled egg. The tea options were sparse. No green tea at all and no way to make tea in the room.

The views were breathtaking! Staff was lovely. Breakfast made the place even more delightful.

Minor things but things I would want to know - We were on a lower floor and we could hear people walking (among other things!!) over us. We kept the AC on fan mode to drown out all the other news. In the two bedrooms, one room does not have windows or an AC - we LOVED the no windows with having a kid with us but the room for very warm.

Breakfast good. English muffins could be toasted more. Grounds are great and could maybe add something like soccer ball for fun. Something simple. Staff was great. Pool was nice but weather little cool for my liking to swim. Just out of town so nice and quiet, relaxing.

Vegetation at rear deck need to be cut to reduce bugs and provide a view.

The location of the hotel and its beautiful surrounding scenery are both lovely. Our room was stylish, warm and comfortable. Check in was smooth and friendly and the lady took the trouble to advise us on places to eat. Access to the town is very good and only a very short distance. Unlike some other reviewers, we felt that the breakfast arrangement was pretty good and more than adequate.

The room where you have breakfast has no windows. It would seem to me that creating a couple of windows through which visitors could start their day enjoying the beautiful scenery, would greatly improve the experience, and would be a pretty easy thing to accomplish

- each room has access to a terrace with lawn, enjoying the surroundings - nice friendly staff - basic continental but OK breakfast - good wifi - parking near the room - spacious rooms with plenty of storage space

- the location is beautiful, but about 2 miles afar from the city center, so you need to drive to enjoy dinner or visit the center - the refrigerator was located in the bathroom! - queen beds were rather unconfortable

Having recently sold our vacation home in Stratton, VT, this was our first time back in Southern VT. The room was cozy and clean, with plenty of space to store clothing. The bed was just dreamy. Though foliage was past peak, the view from our patio was still breathtaking. We ordered our custom breakfast, included in room rate, the evening before, and it was fresh and ready at our selected pickup time. All exceeded our expectations and we will be back.
