Beautiful area beautiful resort. Husband played golf and even though course had just opened it was in great shape. Staff amazing helpful and attentive. Man at golf shop super friendly and kind. Bartender was amazing and efficient. Made us feel special. Lovely room well appointed. Very comfortable. Grounds were well cared for and were maintained well.

Had to park a good distance from room but were able to unload and get stuff to room very easily. We had nice weather but might have been different with rain or snow. Overall super place

The grounds are so beautiful, the location is perfect and access to the Equinox Preserve really made th stay very nice. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the free coffee bar, that really added value. The Falcon Bar was a good palce to have a drink after dinner.

For dinner, I felt the section of the Marsh Tavern where we were seated was drab and lacked ambiance. That room lacked decorations ann the lighting could have been better. Had I known this, I would have taken dinner at the Falcon Bar because the atmosphere and lighting were far superior.

The room was super spacious and pristine. Everything is extra cleaned. loved the overall architectural style of the room and the whole building. The material used for the room are high quality and the design is super comfortable and elegant without being anonymous. The hotel has everything you can imagine , spa , super nice pool, huge space outside and awesome common spaces. The staff was super kind and helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot comment that. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

The outdoor was beautiful, bedroom was big and beds very comfortable ,complementary coffee and cookies in the afternoon was nice , the swimming pool and relaxing music were amazing . I loved the Yoga class and the fact that they are pet friendly!

Air conditioning was loud , bathroom not the best , there was no fridge in our bedroom

We upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful! So much space, we didn't want to leave! We enjoyed having a very large living area with an extra restroom. All the windows with the gorgeous views were made our stay extra special!

The fire alarm in the middle of the night! Other than that, everything was exceptional!

When we checked in, I wanted to confirm that I had been in touch to change our room to a king bed with a sofa instead of two queens, the receptionist offered an extra cot instead. The message from the hotel said it wouldn't be an issue to change rooms. I didn't want to make a big deal, but was definitely disappointed. Our room got pretty tight with the extra bed!

I would give the staff at the hotel 100% for friendliness but the waitress in the dining room, the African-American girl was very unfriendly and seem to resent any request for service. The manager at the spa could use some training, she was very unclear about payment for services and prices and assumed customers knew the routine. This is not my first experience at a spa and everyone has a different system and guests need to be aware of how payment and tips are handled.

I was on the third floor, and the walls are very thin. There were children staying above my room and the running and door slamming was very annoying.

We were at the Equinox for a wedding. Events took place at several different venues on the property. We utilized the shuttle several times. Driver Paul is THE BEST---a safe driver and a kind gentleman. Loved the toiletries. Bed and room were very comfortable.

The historical buildings on this property are something to behold. It was really a great visit for our entire family - I’m a tough traveler to please and they exceeded my expectations at this resort. There was also added bonuses I wasn’t expecting such as an Easter egg hunt for the kids and afternoon cider. Great bedding! Amenities stocked well in the rooms. Just pleasant extra details that made our stay extraordinary. The facilities offer so much for a family to partake in. The location was great too for shopping and dining.

Quintessential upscale New England hotel. The hotel staff was gracious, polite and accommodating.

Room 139…adjacent to an entryway and extremely noisy as the exterior door does not quietly close. However the front desk immediately accommodated us with a quiet and comfortable room on the second floor. What could have been a less than relaxing night was immediately remediated by the responsive staff! Kudos to the Equinox
