Friendly staff, very clean, spacious, beautiful property and pool and conveniently located.

Stylish & comfy. Really awesome lounge with an Atari, piano and fireplace. The room was comfortable and even though it is obviously 60 years old, everything was in good shape. Well loved. Can’t wait to come back. The pool was a blast and the surrounding grounds were gorgeous. Access to the creek behind the motel. Very relaxing. Beautiful flowers everywhere.

The pool was adjacent to the highway so there was some noise. But it didn’t take long to forget about that sound and I’m sure the pool was installed before the highway was that busy.

I loved all the decor! It looks like they put a lot of thought into everything and the bed was also very comfortable. Our room location was next to the pool which had music playing which was nice. We were also near the common area which I would think would be a nice place to hang out with friends in the winter time with the big fireplace in the center of the room. The owner Mike was very friendly. We will definitely be going back.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. There was not a breakfast but they did have a nice coffee bar that has a few different kinds of Kuerig flavors, real cream and a vanilla flavoring which I appreciated.

This was such a hidden gem! From the front of the building, it’s not so great because the style is dated. But inside, the rooms are really big and we loved the mid-century modern vibe. And it’s all real furniture. Not cheap stuff made to last a few years. Each room faces the back of the property which is a lovely manicured yard with mowed paths to the running brook. Absolutely lovely!

Wonderful yard and a good sized pool. And hot tub. All very clean and new.

Really welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable and spacious room with all the facilities you would need. Lovely attached and characterful lounge sitting area for guests. Thoughtful additions of coffee, milk and microwave in this lounge area. We registered for a second night, partly because we liked the place (which was only a few minutes drive from Manchester) and partly because there is a first class restaurant (Pearl's Place) 5 minutes walk away. Really nice, relaxing stay with pleasant view over the forest behind. Well recommended

Rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. All amenities are included for a relaxing stay. the view on the mountains from the large bedroom window is breathtaking espcially with all the snow that was falling. The common lounge had 24/7 coffee/tea, a microwave and the fire lit every night with lots og games to choose from for a quiet night in.

Our room had the perfect location next to the common lounge and access to outside grounds which made it a bit noisy with guests coming in and out. But we still chose this room for accessibility so we were OK

I stayed here once last year and the owner was lovely upon check-in both times. It's a funky old motel however, everything is extremely clean, the rooms are massive, they include some nice welcome amenities as well as beautiful grounds and the location is fantastic.

Honestly, everything was consistent with my first stay and I will recommend this motel for a modest priced option in an otherwise expensive town.

I liked the location, pleasant and very clean rooms. The owner/manager was accommodating. The breakfast room was pleasant and comfortable to get coffee. Probably perfect for winter. The view from the room was nice! The pool and sauna was also very enjoyable.

The layout of the bathroom was very inconvenient, there was no room to place the toiletries, those had to be left outside of the bathroom. The refrigerator was so small that barely had a room for one small takeout container. There was no air conditioning in the breakfast room and it got rather warm in early September. I liked being on the second floor but it would be more convenient if there was an elevator if you had luggage.

Our room was spacious and provided ample space for our child to play. However, the beds were smaller than we had anticipated, and both my husband and I had our feet sticking out of the mattresses. Despite this, the beds were still comfortable. The window to the property's backyard was awesome. There is a stream at the back of the property, which was a gem for our stay. Worth it! At the end of the hallway, there was a cozy sunroom where you could relax, play board games, and enjoy coffee or tea on rainy days.

They didn't provide enough toiletries, but they gave us more once we asked. Additionally, there were no extra blankets, and our room heater was not working. Luckily, I packed our blankets from home.

A true hidden gem! Located close to Manchester. This hotel with a cool retro vibe is fantastic. Clean, spacious rooms with huge windows facing the cute little stream that winds thru the property. Mike, the host was so kind and welcoming. He really gave us great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. He made you feel like you were friends who came to town and he wanted you to have a great time. The lobby/family room was so comfortable with games, books and plenty of space for everyone.
