We were very impressed with the service we got from Raj when we did check in and check outs. He helped us to check in a little earlier since we arrived earlier than we thought. He was so helpful and pleasant to give us some information we asked. There was also a lady at the reception who was very cheerful and greet us when we come and leave. That makes some one feels at home. Please keep up the good hospitality at your hotel.

The corridor smells very stuffy. Breakfast was good but every day they have the same thing over and over again. If they change it every day a little bit it would be nice.

Everything was very clean , I when I arrived to hotel they front desk told me they only see a reservation for one room I told the receptionist I booked 2 rooms via booking.com after 10 min the receptionist told me he found my second reservation but someone already check in for it, I told them that can't be correct because all members of my reservation traveled with me and we just got there at that time 5pm to be exact 😒 them the receptionist talked to the manager and the were able to check me in for my 2 rooms.

Security, people going there checking in for wrong reservations is not ok.

The hotel was only a few minutes from the Metro and many shopping and dining options. Red Lobster was actually next door! We enjoyed the breakfast bar and the 12PM checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

There was some noisy guests in the middle of the night. And there was also a blue light that was very bright in the outlet that was somewhat bothersome.

The property was very easy to get in and out of, our room was in a convenient spot by the back entrance. It was near a lot of good restaurants that were THE BEST. The breakfast and tea options were also very nice.

The gym was not what I expected from a hotel gym, it’s incredibly small and did not have good machine options.

The best is the staff are very friendly, kind and supported from their manager Shiam to all other front desk. Most important it's very clean and comfortable Hotel location is very convenient and near to GMU and the center of all.other services

Maybe the breakfast could have some change to meet the international standard

Our first room was on the front floor but we kept getting woke up around 230a by staff doing laundry...bed was uncomfortable too but the manager and front desk staff were kind enough to move us to another room on the 4th floor....so we really appreciated that

More options for breakfast...like bacon and hashbrowns...juice machine was broken

Close proximity to Eaglebank arena with lots of restaurants nearby. Clean. Good price point for the room. Easy check in and check out.

A bit noisy in the hallway in the morning before checkout time (talking, doors closing, vacuuming).

Reasonably priced hotel near highways, the airport, George Mason University, and Fairfax. I took a family member to look at a university and didn't spend much time in the hotel except to sleep. The room was clean, everything in the room worked, good water pressure in the shower. It was conveniently located to other places we needed to go. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The internet worked well - I streamed a TV show without any interruption. The TV in the room has plenty of channels and options.

I don't have any complaints. The outside of the building and the hallways look a little worn. That didn't affect the stay.
