Check in online was easy! The pool looked fantastic but it was not open when we were there as it doesn't open until May. Bed was comfortable and room was suitable and clean.

Everything was as expected. Some of the outside areas like the stairs were in need of painting and looked old but weren't unsafe.

I liked that it was quiet, away from traffic, clean, with a fridge that worked well so able to refreeze my 2 ice bricks for my travel cooler, and responsive when I had a later arrival that originally planned. I needed two rooms and they were together as requested. Lobby was bright and easy to find. Morning coffee was good and fresh.

No "continental breakfast" as was advertised on the booking site, only granola bars and coffee. No coffee maker in the room. The electronic clock radio had two USB ports but one of those got pushed in making it inaccessible, so I had to rely on my USB plug I always have packed. Both rooms were listed as nonsmoking, but one of the rooms was obviously smoked in enough that everyone in my group noticed it, and I could even smell the odor through my CPAP facemask filter. My bed squeaked when I rolled over. And, The previous day and all night it rained, and the room was faintly damp but after an hour of turning on the ac-heat unit to the warm setting it was comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel has an absolutely gorgeous view of the countryside. The room was very clean and my bed was extremely comfortable.

The paint could use a little "touch up" The bathroom was small. More breakfast options could be offered.

good location

construction was being done on the floor above us, and they started at 8 am. on top of that they were dropping rocks from top floor onto metal trailer on ground level right in front of our room. it was horrible.

Easy to find, very convenient when traveling by car (perfect for a quick stop and go). Nice swimming pool, and very close to attractions (caverns and park) as well as other facilities (gas station, supermarket).

The breakfast wasn't a breakfast when I booked it it said free breakfast so I assumed there would be waffles and eggs and real breakfast food but it was only coffee and granola bars that's not a breakfast

Close to both Shenandoah and the caverns

The “breakfast” was just coffee and granola bars. Also staff allowed other guest to park motorcycles right by office door/ by guest room. So not only did we have to walk around them to leave but late at night when they arrived and at 5 am when they left we were disturbed and woken!

I loved the location

The know to turn on the water in the sink was broken. Had a hard time turning on and off the water. One pillow case was dirty. Need more lighting. There was not a lamp on the night stands between the beds.

Probably the best hotel nearby to Shenandoah National Park. Luray also has some very decent restaurants to eat at and Luray Caverns. Room was good and clean.

You had to request for trash to be taken out and for fresh towels due to being understaffed.

The man at the front desk was very busy and he kept his cool and was very nice to everyone. In the morning he had everything looking very nice and clean at the mini breakfast nook. The room was clean, neat and comfortable
