I have stayed here for the past 6 years. It's a great value for a stay and tons to do in the area.
I don't like the negative reviews people give this hotel. You can easily get with the staff to address issues .

The location was good for exploring the localities. The breakfast as a lunch bag is nice if you go for a hike. The value met the requirements. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff. There are plenty of parking spaces around the accommodation.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely nice and the parking lot was well lit. This location is close to the different caverns and some really good little places to eat. The room was quiet and the view from the front facing rooms was beautiful!
The first room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, but the front desk person quickly got us into a different room.

Good location, quiet has a pool but it closed for the day by the time we arrived for check in.
Reserved room for 4 and they didn't have but 2 towels and house keeping could have been a little better

Very quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view! Check in and check out was quick and easy. The "to go" breakfast was convenient and the location was easy on/off the highway.
We could tell the hotel is going through renovations since the tub/shower looked new but the wallpaper was loosening at the top of the walls. If you want a good price and don't mind some imperfections this is for you.
