It was clean, bright, safe, well stocked, great for the price, easy to cook in with a good sized refrigerator, clean laundry facilities, a nice little gym that was also clean and safe.

One of the front receptionists was a bit unhelpful and strangely snide about requests like exchanging towels and whatnot (BUT all other staff interactions were excellent service!), and while I loved the train because my kids loved the train, some guests may not like hearing the train go by right outside the hotel.

Very clean room and nice kitchenette. Property is modern and new. Quiet location and easy access to campus and the interstate. The bathrooms have Dove products, which is a really nice feature.

I wouldn't say that the room's double beds are really for four adults. One of them butts up against the AC unit, and if someone sleeps on that side, they have to climb over the other person because you can't fit between the bed and the unit.

Facility was clean and comfortable, and staff was friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our Italian Greyhound who didn’t want to potty in the snow. I asked to borrow a shovel to clear some grass for her, and the gentleman behind the front desk did it for us; so nice!

Hallway carpets could have been cleaner, but I really think the inclement weather was the culprit and not the cleaning staff.

Billy and Jason were the epitome of what front desk service, accommodation, and being personable are!! I'm in a wheelchair and Billy made sure the bed met ADA standards and even switched out frames so I could access the bed easily!

Queen bed was too small for disabled but they're upgrading to king beds. The carpet was not very clean as my girlfriends feet turned black but unnoticeable to the eye. However the hotel is going through renovations and I'm sure it will be even better. Please consider that my comments are based on now and not the upcoming renovations.

Candlewood Suites was our first time staying here on our way back home from Florida...picked it on a map for the location, pet friendliness and price. Absolutely fantastic room with a kitchenette and king bed. Such a comfy bed with super soft sheets! Will definitely stay here next year too!

All I can say is WOW! I have stayed in a lot of hotels with being a small business owner & my daughter sports & I have to say as soon as I walked though the door I was amazed of how clean & fresh it smelled, the staff made you feel right at home and the room was awesome, very quiet & comfy after a long day! I highly recommend staying there!

I loved how the bathroom had shampoo & conditioner. The kitchen as amazing didn’t expect that. I slept like a baby. We will definitely stop there again. We travel to and from Myrtle Beach to Massachusetts a few times a year. I give this 5 stars

I’m very impressed with our stay. The property was very clean, and the rooms look newly remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately some people that bring there pets don’t clean up after them. So beware of the land mines.

They don't furnish breakfast, but not a big deal. I liked the value and staff was helpful, and friendly.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, Dove products in bathroom, raised toilet, comfortable be and very quiet for great sleep. Kitchen area in room was great for preparing a little dinner. Loved seeing dogs in the hotel.
