The front desk person was friendly and helpful

There was a dirty foot smell in the room. I think it was wet carpeting over time because of the design of the shower. The shower looked very nice but did not have enough of a lip to catch the water and the sprayer did not have the ability to be set over head so it had to be hand held and sprayed all over the place. The food was luke warm even the yogurt. decent breakfast but needs to be warmer to keep it safe for eating. Coffee was nice and hot.

We checked in around 11 pm and left about 6 am, it everything was perfect for what we used it for!

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice.

I liked the 3rd floor view of the surrounding area. The facilities have everything that my family and I need during our brief stay. The staff are also friendly and easy to interact with.

The individual staying above us was noisy and stomped while walking late at night which did make it difficult to fall asleep. But that isn't the fault of anyone working at the hotel.

I cannot say enough about how happy I was with this hotel. The value cannot be beat. The room was clean - the bathroom was impeccable. The bed sheets were perfectly white and extremely soft - not bleached and rough. For the price I paid I was worried it would be another bargain experience like I got with the Days Inn a few miles away. But this was practically a luxury experience compared to that. The free breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, the pool was perfect. I was so happy and will be staying here every time I travel through Harrisonburg.

The only markdown was because some of the people staying (maybe long-term residents?) were a bit loud at night.

I was extremely impressed with how clean and fancy it was for the price. It's also in walking distance of Cracker Barrel which my son loved. This hotel looks newly updated and the bed was extremely comfortable!

I wish there were better options for breakfast that catered towards gluten free and dairy free. I would have liked hard boiled eggs, bananas and gluten free toast or other gluten free baked good.

I really like the room set up and enjoy the window seat. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. Nice breakfast. The staff is always friendly.

I wish the room had been cleaned while we were there. I am sure we could have asked for it to be done. We were allowed a 2 pm check in which was nice, but when we arrived at 1:50, they wouldn’t even start the check in process. I thought that was a little extreme.

Didn't like that the pool ruined my daughter brand new bathing suit due to the caulking they used to replace tiles it was not properly down and it got on her and her clothes the staff did pay to wash them and gave us soap but it did not work. Besides that the stay was good.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable for my one night stay to break up a long drive. And when I realized I left an item behind and called the next day, they told me they had it at the desk and to stop by on my way back through! 🙏🏼 I make this drive a couple times a year and they are my new favorite stop over!!

I had to leave by 6 am and the breakfast room was not open, and there wasn’t a to-go snack bag available. There was coffee though.

The staff, vending machines, 711 across the street, dunking donuts in the same parking lot. I had a lot of meetings and I was behind and I didn't catch any grief for conducting those interviews in my room.

The biscuits and sausage gravy sucked. Tastes like a cardboard box. Lack of options in the vending machines. L

The location was perfect , the room was a good size with mountain view , great breakfast included , avd very clean .I've stayed here 3 years in a row i did leave a request for a microwave in the single person room and there was one this time so thank you .

I feel the mattress was a little worn this time it's starting to dip a little in the middle .It was still a comfortable bed compared to other hotels I've stayed in but it needs a new one in that particular room .
