this time I had a balcony and the weather was perfect for the balcony. they provide adequate towels, soap, shower caps, lotion, shampoo. when I leave and come back, the room is clean and things are refilled. pricing is excellent compared to the nearby hotels and accommodations that the village inn provides.

when I take a shower, there is a musky smell from the shower mat that you put in the bathtub. when I did get snacks, they were stale. sometimes they take my AAA discount, and other times they say I am not qualified, so I do not understand the process. I wish they had pet free rooms that you would pay for one bed instead of two, but the price is still pretty good. I have an allergy to cats and dogs, and I usually have to take a Benadryl when I am in a room that had pets.

I did not have the breakfast but I had the coffee which was good. The smell of the breakfast foods was aromatic. The heat and air worked well compared to my previous stay. Great value. The first night I was there, I smelled a slight urine smell in the right corner of the bathroom sink, but the next day when the cleaners came, they cleaned and the odor was no longer there.

Urine smell, but it got resolved. I didn't realize that this was a pet friendly facility, and I have allergies to cats and some dogs, and my feet broke out in hives. I think it is great that it is a pet friendly facility, but unfortunately I need a room that did not have pets. Due to the hives, I had a hard time sleeping the first night.

One of the unexpected highlights was the well-maintained grounds—perfect for a relaxing stroll with my dog. Best dog-friendly spot we've found in the area! The quiet surroundings were a refreshing change from typical highway hotels, and catching both sunrise & sunset from the property was an added bonus. Convenience & comfort all in one. Parking right at my door made coming and going a breeze, and the hotel’s location strikes the perfect balance—easy access with a remote feel. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or a longer stay, this is the perfect home base. It’s clear this family pours their heart into every detail, making this hotel something truly special. I loved it so much—I’ve already booked my return!

Great value, given the cost of the room. Spacious, comfortable rooms, very clean and remarkably quiet. I was pleasantly surprised that the location was as quiet as it was, given the distance away from I81. The location is very convenient to food and gas, as well as having easy access to I81. I didn't eat lunch, but the buffet breakfast was quite affordable for the variety of food presented.

Nothing was bad or that I didn't like. But, I'd like to visit again when I can enjoy the outdoor facilities that The Village Inn has in place.

Check in was a breeze, I wish I remembered the pleasant young lady's name but I was tired from travelling. I was in for one night only but I was lucky enough to use the pool which was BIG, clean and very refreshing. There was a group of about 12 adults poolside including a couple tweens having dinner (pizza & some dishes) but I had the pool to myself. The room itself I can only describe as COZY. I felt insulated in a good way. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom & basin set up was very accommodating especially for a lone traveler. I felt this was a very complete set-up and not just the bare bones hotel room. A/C was perfect. The location was also a bit "insulated" in that it is along a country road away from any congested business areas. A short car ride brought me to the more bustling area for a grocery and some restaurant choices. This is a great little area.

Room had everything I needed for my stay. I really appreciate parking in front of my room since I was traveling alone. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great! A grip bar would have been nice for getting in and out of the tub, but I managed okay.

The air conditioner worked great. However, it blew right at the side of my face when sitting on the sofa and in my face when lying in bed. It was really hot during my stay so I needed the air on. Keeping the temp moderate and the fan low helped.

We booked through booking.com at the last minute and were able to get a suite the size of a small house for a low price. A beautiful motel with exterior rooms. Huge, spacious, clean and comfortable! Beautiful green space all around the inn with a pool and trees. We paid for breakfast and it was worth every penny!! An amazing buffet with everything you could want. Delicious food!! They also have a menu to order from. This will be a stop again in the future! We had a pet-friendly room.

Very cute little hotel in a quaint setting, a country feel, but close enough to everything you need. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Our room had a tiny balcony.. it was too cold outside to enjoy it though. Great water pressure in the bathroom. Would definitely recommend and I’ll stay again.

The jetted tubs are small, or maybe I’m just too tall. Either way it really wasn’t a negative, it is just the way it is.

Quality clean spacious room with spa tub and a desk and loveseat. Awesome buffet and coffee tea etc for guests . Park at the door. They also did the pet rent of $20 per night. The housekeepers came by daily but I only had them come in while I was there twice. I told them about my fear of cats getting out when they leave door open. They understood. There was a little confusion regarding the date & time I arrived . I work nightshade from 19:30 pm till 7 am. So when I got back 1st night I extended my stay for 2 nights which the clerk told me would be Sun checkout & I thought so as well. SATURDAY the front desk is calling at 11:15 am to checkout.i took my receipts and it clearly showed I had paid 3 nights and my checkout is Sun. The young girl couldn't figure it out so had to wait til next day to discuss with her supervisor. In the meantime I had to pay fir another night as well aspet rent. I really liked everything else and would recommend them .

I wanted to stay over for the weekend. They told me they were booked up. I drive by there almost daily They lied. Only a couple regulars cars parked in lot

I like parking in front of my room, especially traveling alone. I love having a “balcony” room!! Location is very important for my visits to my hometown. No noise problems.

The toilet needs flushing more than once usually. Signing on to Wi-Fi often can be annoying. My TV remote had volume issues, but I figured out how to handle it. In room coffee is awful. I bring my own Keurig and Kcups😊
