Clean, easy to reach location.

Check-in person not very helpful. When I arrived, he said he couldn’t find the reservation and didn’t even look at the reservation number. He asked my name three times, barely glanced at my ID, and acted very indifferent about helping. Told me it “sometimes takes awhile” for the reservation to show up, “…as much as a half hour.” When I pointed out I had received the confirmation as well as a message from the facility regarding my reservation more than a half hour ago, he then asked my first name and suddenly found it, stating “they put it under your first name so I couldn’t find it.”

Breakfast was absolutely amazing the young ladies that were there were great there was some guess where there were maybe 50 of them they continued to break the waffle machine they ate a whole case of bananas ate up everything other guys hate had to wait such as myself and they were amazing with them they were there for the whole weekend my husband and I could not believe how these people were acting their children were running around as if they were on the playground and these ladies were amazing

I did not like that family that came with maybe 50 people and my grandson had to wait in line for about an hour for waffle they ate up everything left their trash children running around I didn't like that but the rest of the experience was amazing the staff was amazing it was the guess

Everything about my experience here was exceptional. The hot breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful! Hot coffee, cocoa, and tea were available throughout the day. Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Staff was quickly responsive and respectful.

Seriously cannot think of anything I did not like at this hotel.

Pool hours, clean room, clean lobby, hot breakfast and great choices... Location near mall and choices of restaurants Staff very friendly and accommodating!

Arrived on Friday afternoon and choices of snacks for purchase limited :( There were numerous teens for baseball tournament :)

Accommodating staff, good hot breakfast, proximity to many restaurants, lounge area was comfortable, having cold refreshments available at front desk a big plus.

Parking was a little tight. No drive through parking needed for vehicles pulling small trailers. Vibrations in 4th floor room from hotel laundry equipment below.

Comfortable and clean room and facility. Easy 5 min drive to JMU campus. Breakfast was good and coffee was decent for a mid-range hotel. Friendly staff.

There is not much in walking distance, so good to have a car.

Very clean. Building was very hard to get too. No signage near entry street. I could look up and see it but hard to find street sign.

Thought it seemed quite costly for this chain.

Very clean and friendly staff. Room was great and breakfast was good.

We were in the room next to the ice machine. People were using it all night and we could hear everything. When it made ice, it made a large crash, which woke us up. Definitely would not want to stay in that room again.

I think you can offer atleast two options for eggs not only serve scrambled eggs otherwise we had a pleasant stay

The breakfast was great.

The pull-out was to small and the phones didn't work. Unable to use my family and friends discount, I am a Marriott employee, that is why I choose this location.
