The room was great, I loved the mini fridge and microwave. The shower was great too😊

The gentleman on night shift was rude, I had emailed beforehand and asked if I could bring my dog they informed that it was not a problem but would be an additional 20 dollars a night. Not a problem but when I arrived ,guy at desk told me it would also be a 100 deposit. I said it would have been nice if I had known that as well. And now I am having a problem getting my deposit back not hotel fault at all it is a clitch in my bank but they are getting nasty about it , even had a lady from my bank call and explain. Not sure I'll see that money again😢 asked if they could issue a check to me and they said would have to check with management. Very disappointed with people

The location was perfect. We were there doing a tour of Hame Madison University. Was literally less than 5 minutes away and close to the interstate! Duncan Donuts right next to the hotel.

The property has been remodeled and they did a fairly good job. However, they didn’t update/upgrade their beds.they were hard, squeaked with every turn/move. Didn’t sleep well at all. This hotel advertised free breakfast included. They fail to tell you the they have a sister hotel next door and you have to walk over to that hotel to get breakfast. When arrived and checking out I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to show up cause they were at the other hotel, and check out put a note on their door saying go to sister hotel to check out.

Right off the interstate, so easy to find and walkable to Cracker barrel and coffee shop.

The only thing I didn’t like was the draughty door to our room which opened to outside on a below freezing night. Cold air was blowing through and I had to utilise curtain, towel etc to try to stem the cold. Luckily the heating in the room was efficient

The space of the room was amazing. It was very family oriented as it related to traveling with family and children.

Unfortunately, I saw a few unwanted guest that didn’t help pay for the room. I let the front desk know and they handled it accordingly.

Room was clean and spacious. Having our dog (25-lb. terrier) was no problem. Bed was comfy and warm. Adjustable heater - responded to changes quickly.

We reserved a king bed but were given a full bed. Tight fit for two people but okay for one night.

Hotel was experiencing a change over of internet services and it affected our service in room. Issue was immediately addressed when we contacted front desk. Service was restored but still had some issues.

I love the location

I didn't like the fact that I checked in on thursday and check out on sunday and never once did I get clean towels or anything They didn't even clean the room once

It took a long time to get towels when we needed to shower after the pool but I understood they were sold out and had to do laundry. The rollaway bed was very unstable and uncomfortable

The room had been recently updated and was very clean. Overall nice place for a quick overnight stay on a long 2-day road trip. I liked that there was not carpet in the room - easier to keep it clean.

The beds could have been more comfortable and the bathroom door did not close all the way well, the hinges just needed to be repaired.

The staff blew my mind at how awesome they were! Never had service like this before and I have traveled the entire globe.

I was VERY satisfied! It threw me off when their office was closed for breakfast but when I saw the sign that said, "for help, go to the partner hotel next door" it made SO much sense! They were just as happy and polite and professional. Made me smile at 6am. I will recommend and stay agin for sure! They beat all other local hotel prices significantly!
