The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. They accommodated any questions I had. Service was awesome.

There was no microwave in the room. Refrigerator needs to be upgraded to have a small freezer for those of us that travel with insulin. We have to freeze our packs for the trip back home.

The staff is lovely. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms need a little updating, but functional and clean. Breakfast is tasty and there’s a good variety. The gym needs a few more weights and the equipment for the pulley machine is missing. However. Is adequate.

I did not get breakfast and the location was great for my travels to the University of JMU. The staff was great and very respectful. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thanks

a bathtub with a shower and a refrigerator that stays cold the entire visit not having to turn it back on every 2 hours. Being charged one price at the bar one night and a different price the next for the same exact drink. that was not cool. It just made me go and buy a bottle.

Breakfast was good, clean, tasty and fresh. The only issue is a bit more variety would be welcome since we stayed 7 days. The servers and hostess were kind, efficient and friendly.

More lighting in the room is needed. The room was dark and we asked for more lamps and none were in stock. We had to move a lamp to one area but it was still not enough.

Room was spacious and clean . The bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet and allowed us to relax and get a great nights sleep.The staff was courteous and kind and made us feel they really wanted us their.

Nothing major to complain about. Grateful for the beautiful room and the relaxing time.

Thought the hotel was very clean. The room was very nice and bed was comfortable. The food was really good too.

Our room was located right next to the stairs and ice machine. Woke up a few times to the noise.

Microwaves in the rooms would be nice & make sure maintenance personnel are on duty we only have half light on our mirror. Coffee could be served 24/7 not just in the morning.

Location is great, and I was surprised that it was so quiet even though it is adjacent to the interstate. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Our Booking.com reservation got messed up somehow (even though I had a confirmation for 2 rooms there was only one room reserved at Doubletree). The desk staff made it right but I think I may have paid more than my original guaranteed price.

The staff greeted us as soon as we arrived. Very friendly and courteous. The only thing is I am a smoker. The side smoking area at the stairs was huge, but no were to sit. I would like it better because it hid you away. The staff housekeeping, wait staff was great and so helpful
