I think they should offer hot breakfast, however they do not. They had granola bars and small containers of yogurt. One morning there wasn't yogurt. The coffee in afternoon was cloudy dark and obviously been there for hours. So I did go out and bye coffee.

No hot breakfast. Big Dog continously barking several doors down from me. I'm a dog lover and had my 14 pound service dog with me but she knows not to bare at inappropriate times.

Staff was very helpful. Made a mistake during booking and had check-in scheduled for the afternoon of Oct 5th. Arrived in Harrisonburg at 3:30 am Oct 5th. The hotel I originally booked would not let us check in at that time. We drove from Tennessee after our wedding that evening, so we were exhausted and needed rest. Was able to arrange things with Extended Stay that morning and hit the road that same afternoon to make our way to Maine.

Extended Stay is very new and very clean. It’s located just minutes from JMU and convenient for visiting campus or attending sporting events. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The door to the back parking lot could not be opened from the outside. I don’t know if this was just a technical issue or just the norm.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like the only thing I can think of was the the breakfast was not much of a breakfast but for the price we literally could not complain

Breakfast was negligible--all packaged stuff. Room was fine with fridge, microwave and stove! Staff were excellent. Fine place to stay for the money.

No decent place to eat nearby--particulary for breakfast.

Breakfast could have been better but it was adequate. I liked the location since there were restaurants around, there was a grocery store, plenty of sidewalks to take a stroll.

That I stayed only 1 night at this hotel.

Clean room, decent size. Easy location to get to. Plenty of parking.

Bit noisy between the floors. Could hear the person/people in the room above walking (stomping) around. But no noise during quiet hours.

Brand new construction, easily accessible

Slightly dirtier than other hotels. free breakfast was mediocre. Egg pouches, packaged oatmeal, and granola bars are bare minimum but hey its free i guess

Clean, quiet, comfortable

Breakfast was grab and go. Not much of a selection. It was basically coffee, granola bars, muffins and hard boiled eggs but for the price of the stay, I didn’t mind.
