All of the Staff were engaging and friendly. Ian at front desk was great to recommend nearby restaurants. The Breakfast was really good and well attended. Clean 🫧 and comfortable. The in room Samsung TV's seemed Xtra Large. I saw the Front desk woman in the morning cleaning up in the breakfast area. Seems like everyone I saw multi tasked and took pride in their work. This location seemed like it was renewed but more industrial modern and simple decor. The Plus at this Best Western is definitely the Staff 👍👍

The bed was comfortable but leaned more to medium soft than Firm which is just my preference. We were on the side opposite the truck stop so didn't hear any noise. Everything looked new and overall experience was great 👍

The room and facilities were all very clean, organized, and modern! The bathroom was very spacious, the TV was large, and the "kitchenette" was nice. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of foods and beverages. Customer service was excellent, as all the staff we interacted with were attentive and kind.

The fitted bed sheet kept coming loose throughout the night- I think they used too small of a sheet size. That was a pretty minor issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, it was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was really good. I liked the extra amenity of just having a Culligan water cooler to fill my own water bottle. The bed was comfortable, and it was great to have a microwave and fridge. Indoor pool was the right temp.

The location was interesting. Our room overlooked a truck stop. We heard semi-trucks coming and going all night. While it clearly has been renovated and much is new, you can tell that it's a renovation because they left the old outlets in the bathroom. I didn't really understand the price as I was expecting more for the money. Given the location and the partial renovation, I don't think it was worth what we paid for the night.. We've stayed in hotels in Harrisonburg that were better areas and views for the same price. Room was pretty small.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and well-stocked. Breakfast was more and better than anticipated. The staff was very nice.

The bed was ridiculously high. I am 5'2", and the top of the mattress was at my chest level. They had a plastic stool to use to get into bed. The height/stool situation was precarious in the night, in the dark as you needed to get to the facilities. The location was both convenient (easy on and off the highway) and somewhat seedy. I would not have been comfortable staying here had I not had my husband with me. This is not the hotel's fault, but location and a sense of safety are key.

Staff and room were very nice! Wifi free, easy to access, and good connection. Will definitely return! Several Good breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available nearby

Free Breakfast was ok but not the best. Loved the WAFFLES 🧇 😋 Fresh fruit and Bagels with cream cheese available Eggs and potatoes were ok Juice on tap was very good Half & Half creamer was spoiled Coffee was awful Muffins and Pastries were partially frozen.

Perfect location off the highway, very friendly and accommodating staff and comfortable and clean room!

breakfast was not good. Got there about 8:30 to almost full pans of very dried out eggs, sausage and potatoes. Was not edible and I eat almost everything. The waffles you make your self were very good though. The hotel seemed almost empty and my guess is they were reheated from the previously day.

Breakfast good was very good. But, when I arrived at 7:00am, there was no regular coffee in the urn. I had to ask for it and the attendant was chatting with another staff member. I think that's kind of early.to run out of coffee.

Just one thing. The shampoo containers were very hard to squeeze for a person with arthritis. Great quality product though.

The room was very spacious, very inviting looking. Bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very quiet and room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, a lot of variety. TV was very good with great choice of stations. This Best Western was very conveniently located off of the interstate and had easy access back on.

The only thing that was inconvenient was you had to go through next door hotel parking lot to get to the traffic light, which if the hotel clerk had not told me about would have been inconvenient making a left turn out onto the main road. (which is beyond the control of Best Western).

Exceptionally comfortable beds except for being so tall that there was actually a stool placed in the room for climbing onto the bed. Very clean, and I am super picky about clean bathrooms- it was sparkling clean!! Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I have had recently- and we travel a lot! Fresh cheese omelets, sauteed veggies, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit- good coffee!

Did not like the elevated beds!!

The staff was fantastic and accommodating. Even helped us dry clothes when dryer was being serviced. breakfast was decent. I would have been nice if stayed open a bit longer but definitely sufficient .

The bed were not queen size or they were very small queens . The pool was so over chlorinated that it was a bit difficult to enjoy but again not a deal breaker
