As always this hotel is clean, and comfortable. The front Desk staff Katrina was so nice and helpful checking us in. Our room was clean. The next morning the staff was welcoming & nice. They do serve breakfast however we didn't eat here because of my diet restrictions there wasn't anything I could actually eat. But the coffee was hot & good. I love that the room has a microwave & refrigerator which I used to keep my drinks cold. Right across the street I found a Dunkin Donuts so had breakfast there. They have several other places close by with lots of choices. I will be back.

Cleanliness and no disturbance of any sort of noise.

The rooms were comfortable, economical, and the front desk clerk Lynn helped accommodate us when we had a mixup with our reservation. The mini fridge and microwave in each room were perfect, the Continental breakfast was great, and the clerks and workers were all helpful. The hotel was as clean as most hotels. The location was central with a great burger and custard place across the street and the parking was well light.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean. To be honest, I was a little skeptical upon arrival when I saw the outside of the building. It looks dated, but the room was nice. I would stay again if in the area.

The bed (mattress) was kind of soft but still doable (I prefer a firm mattress). Upon inspection of the room, I found a partially filled soda bottle in a drawer, but that was a minor thing.

Below are the Few key points worth mentioning.: 1)Location: Hotel Location was great. Its very just a 1 mile far from Skyline Caverns. There are lot of shops and hotels for food nearby. 2)Staff: Stay was pleasant at hotel. Staff was very helpful for meeting my expectation and they helped me very patietly with all my queries and resolve them. 3)Cleanliness and Room: Room was clean and good. It has amenities like microwave, refrigerator, TV, etc. Bathroom was clea and good. Overall It was very nice. And on top of it there was free breakfast. Pan cacke, fruits, juices, Coffee, Milk, bread/butter. Overall I would say it was very pleasant stay.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The location was great. I will definitely stay here again. This is my third stay here :-)

The facility was very good value - I don't have any bad things to say. I did not eat the breakfast due to trying to stay away from wheat products. If eggs were offered I would have enjoyed breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. It was very clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. It was an extremely good value for the money, too, including a pet fee that was really reasonable. It was fun to see an excellent vegetable garden outside!

The breakfast was not worth eating. We left and went for fast food instead.

It was very close to things easy to get to. The staff was friendly.

Our reservation was originally for three people but one couldn’t make it but the towels and stuff in the room was only for two people The breakfast could’ve been a little nicer. Rolls were frozen no hot water for oatmeal not much to choose from.

Bed was comfortable, and the shower had decent pressure. I appreciated all the hand rails in the shower.

Breakfast. Cereal, fruit, pancakes. Pancakes stuck to the paper plate.

The cleanliness and flexibiliteit. The room had a bad smell (mold or AC). But they were happily to change it for another room which was good.

The fact that the 1st room smelled so bad.
