We were fortunate to have parked fairly close to the window on the room that we had. The room was excellent with plenty of room and it looked like it had been remodeled. Everything was neat and clean. The front desk service was very quick. When I left, I mentioned a concern about caulking the new bathroom set up, and the gentleman wrote it down.

The bathroom had a new tub shower set up and where the pieces came together. There was no caulking, and eventually there will be mold. It was not a problem for me but would become a problem in the future.

My car jumped time when I got to the hotel. It never started again. I was mid trip between the mountains of NC and NY. The generous folks that run it let me wait all the next day to see if I was going to get my car fixed, gave me the same room again, and the next morning let me check out an hour late. Then they held my belongings, and let me stay in the lobby all day. My daughter came to get me from NY at 4. I sat and chatted with a delightful guest named Felicia all day.

The location was excellent, the parking was pretty tight. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in and check-out could both be done online, which was very convenient. The building is a little older, and the furnishings could use some updating. But overall, our experience was very pleasant and comfortable.

Located right off the 81, this hotel was very very clean. The check in attendant was very friendly and helpful. Although located on the 3rd floor, the attendant suggested it because it was closer to the elevator than the ones on lower floors. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy, (although better pillows would have been appreciated). We left before the breakfast officially started, but the attendant kindly offered us coffee, bananas and yogurt. How nice!

Nothing! It was a great place to stay while travelling. I will definitely stay there again next time.

The bed was super nice, clean, and comfortable. We were able to unpack my *hefty* suitcase, hang clothing on the rack, have another couple visit for pre-party drinks, and still have room to spare.

Construction is unavoidable - especially in the "Off-Season". This, unfortunately, created a less-than-ideal smell in the lobby / common areas, but was not too bad and I'm sure once the work is done the space will be improved and without issue.

The front desk staff that greeted me was friendly and professional. He was patient with a weary & cranky traveler who just drove ALL DAY long & Met all my needs, thank you! I liked the comfortable King sized bed, all utilities working in the room and a clean insect free bathroom. I also appreciate the reasonable prices in the vending machine! This was a very nice perk! I shall return.

Some of the common areas could use better paint colors and higher quality paint job. They need to start a coatings program and figure out the long and short term goals of making the common elements more visually appealing through new paint colors. Most things are painted semigloss white and really some of the workmanship is just very poor.

We stayed at this hotel twice while visiting family in the area during the summer of 2023. First stay was 5 nights, and the second trip was 3 nights. Both times the beds were super comfy, the staff is very nice. The first time we stayed the elevators shook and made some really loud sounds going up and down, the second time, those had been fixed. The ac in the rooms works well even during hot days. Love that we can book a smoking room. We didn't bring our pets with us but love that it is pet friendly. The staff is super nice and housekeeping does a great job with cleaning.

We had no issues at all. The price is fair and while being an older motel, it is clean and comfortable.

Very good location right next to I 81, friendly and efficient gentleman at the reception, nice big room with good furniture well taken care of, comfortable bed a nice bathroom and last but not least a good breakfast even with yogurt

Maybe guests with small kids should only be lodged 1st floor to avoid noises underneath

Super easy access from the highway. Very kind staff. A bit aged but everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable! Great value. We will stay there again. ☆☆☆ Note: This is a pet friendly hotel. We did not have any pets. I am saying this because in so many pet friendly hotels there are distinct smells. There was no smells of pets!!!
