We didn’t get breakfast. Richard and Star very good. I spent 35 years with Marriott so I understand the value of these surveys. I do appreciate lowering my rate for 30+day stay. I am here taking care of my daughter after major surgery. GFI failed on HVAC one night. Spoke to two associates and they said talk to Star tomorrow. Fixed that day, thank you Window shade is broken Hook for bath towels is a safely hazard. Someone is going to run into it in the middle of the night. Put a towel rack across from toilet and replace small towel holder which is not useful, Housekeeping very loud in morning. 730a vacuums and loud talking down hall ways Useful kitchen equipment is very limited Staffing too limited on weekends I am staying for over 30 consecutive days and no one knew my name or room #. I am not looking for anything just my honest feedback

Rotate your beds regularly. Right side is shot. Need magnets on bottom of shower curtain. The floor is drenched after shower. Blood on both sheets upon arrived. Wasn’t me and no apologies from any Starr member. Could never land on a cleaning day. Had to ask for several every week and the answer was “hopefully tomorrow “

The staff was accommodating, professional, and friendly. I wanted to get some takeout food and some other items from the supermarket and they directed me to where I could find both. Also, you were the only hotel that I could find that actually had a recliner in it. I have a terrible back And had been traveling for almost a week. I got my first good night sleep when I stayed with you because you had a recliner. Thank you!

Better TV, The weather was bad, and most of the satellite channels were not working.

The hotel did not serve breakfast but there were restaurants close by. The bed was super comfy, A/C works the room was equipped to cook a decent meal.

The floor could’ve been vacuumed better or A/C filter could’ve been cleaned the pet hair was in the carpet. I know the hotel is pet friendly but the room should be vacuumed better in the event some has allergies

The location was good for me. The kitchenette was nice. The bed was comfortable, The lending locker was nice as well as the free washer and dryer.

Have housekeeping clean the room at mid stay. I was near a door that would slam.

Love the rooms! They are so spacious with extra long desk so you can have your whole set up for work! There's a full fridge, although the last time we stayed in the exact location we only had a mini fridge, a dishwasher, and many kitchen necessities.

Only downside is the location, and wish there was more food near them, ideally in walking distance but still great overall.

It was very clean, the staff were excellent, and the water pressure was to *die* for. Our room had a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal—we didn’t use any of them., but we thought it was cool. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing we struggled with was the thermostat, and I think that was mostly us being dumb. We figured it out in the end!

Nothing, it was amazing

The room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen, and the desk area was much larger than most hotels. The bed was comfortable. We liked the fitness center; it was very well equipped.

No breakfast offered, but that was not a game changer for us. With having a full refrigerator there and a microwave, we were able to fix our own breakfast, as well as our evening meal.

The staff was friendly, pleasant, attentive, and accommodating. Unfortunately we slept through breakfast so can’t comment on it.

I’m NOT complaining. If I to find a negative it’d have to be the cleanliness of the sofa. It definitely needs to be shampooed, but in my opinion it’s simply older and really should be replaced.

I really don’t have anything negative to say I was pleased with the hotel.

Spent 3 nights here in a 1 bedroom suite.. and the room was beautiful!! Very clean and updated. Kitchen came with everything we needed (dishes, silverware, toaster and frying pan). And they have other items in the lending locker that you can check out and use.. We borrowed the waffle maker one morning for our breakfast and a boardgame another night. The staff was amazing, they were just the nicest people I've met at any hotel I've been too. They are very pet friendly too.. we brought our dog and rabbit with us. They even have a jar of doggy treats in the lobby which our Elly Mae loved after her potty walks! We are already planning our next trip back!!
