Price was good and fair for the room. Location for us was good. Parking was good. Bed was comfortable.

Water Pressure in Shower was pretty weak, Refrigerator was too cold and froze our food and drink and there was no adjustment knob inside. Coffee wasn't ready until 6am, and we had to leave at 5am for work.

Now, summer 2023, the hotel was newly refurbished. For this class of hotel, it was as nice as one could ever ask for. There was daily housekeeping. Even the internet was pretty good too. It was definitely the best value hotel I ever stayed at in the US.

The parking lot was quite dirty and poorly surfaced. And there was still construction going on in other parts of the building. Soundproofing was rather minimal.

Updated Bath vanity and all fixtures including toilet.

They said the beds were enclosed so cats would not be able to get under. But they were not. Had to slide heavy mattress off and pull frame out from wall to get cat.

Nice property for the price. Rooms were updated, beds comfortable, new flat screen TV, and friendly staff

The common area where you walk your dog could have been maintained a little better and the lot had a bit of litter

I’ve always booking with you in advance and never paid at check in. I questioned that and called Priceline but was unsuccessful in reaching anyone for help. I was hung up on after waiting 30 minutes and was told she’d call back in 5 minutes but never called back.So I paid and hoped I wasn’t paying twice!!!! Very disappointing 😞

This property was in great condition. It looked like they had recently remodeled. The rooms were clean and smelled good, not that stale smell you get with carpeted room.

The property itself was amazing! But there were some women loitering in the parking lot while they smoked who weren’t staying at Red Roof.

Bed was firm, yet comfortable. Room was a pleasant size, and location of hotel (near freeway, but not 'on it') was a decided plus.

lack of carpeting on the floor. It was very cold and dirty. Noisy marital troubles at 3 a.m. The type of clientele you would expect at a far less nice hotel.

Very nice and clean room. Friendly front desk staff. Bed was very comfy, shower had great pressure. Great price.

The shades could be longer or maybe some window tint. Room got quite bright early in the morning.

There was no breakfast, but no charge for pets is a bonus. The room was updated and very clean. Nice place to stay coming back to NY from Florida. I highly recomend

They should serve Breakfast, it is all set up there. Other than that everything is very good there. Will stay again from now on.

Everything. Quiet, peaceful, great location, friendly staff, they left no stone unturned.
