We loved the variety of breakfast options, how clean our room and the rest of the hotel was, and the decorations of the hotel. Our breakfast hostess made us feel welcomed, she was very friendly and even gave us ideas on where to go in and out of the area. We had great conversation, it was an amazing rate and we will be coming back to this great hotel!

We kept waking up early in the morning to the sound of housekeeping cleaning the rooms surrounding us. It seemed to have been the sound of the mop hitting the baseboard at every clean. Another thing that disrupted our sleep was that our pillows were too thick so we woke up with stiff necks in the morning.

The location was close to restaurants. Beds comfy ,bathroom good,and the room was large. Liked the 24-hour hot beverage bar.

The desk clerk when we checked in wasn't too friendly and knowledgeable. She showed her distaste for making reservations through Booking.com. The breakfast wasn't good. Not well stocked and the only hot item you had to microwave ( it got mushy).😝 The room was big, but had wasted space, where they could've put a bench and a chair. Didn't like the desk chair being metal and uncomfortable. There are not many amenities in the room or lobby area. Of course,it was a letdown because we stayed at a TRU by Hilton the night before.I guess this is probably the lowest level of Hilton?🤔

Bagel breakfast seemed a bit skimpy. I also did not like the room setup. Two queen beds--lots of empty floor space, but an ottoman and a desk chair were the only sitting places! Only two cups! There were three of us. Four lights, a floor lamp in the middle of the Huge empty space, two wall-mounted between the beds, and one desk lamp. Of course, the bathroom and entry space had lamps. But my side of the bed did not. Nor a place to put my phone..

We were on a 3 day drive from New Orleans to Long Island NY with our two dogs. We need a hotel that will accommodate them. The location right off the highway was perfect. The room was spacious, but sparsely furnished. For our needs it was fine, but if one wants seating it was lacking. The bathroom was new and very good. The bed comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast was good.

A little more furniture in the room. The room was quite large but there was only one chair and a small hassock at the desk. The room could use a small sofa or an additional chair.

The room was very spacious and accommodating. We checked in late and the service desk was very polite and easygoing. I enjoyed the comfy hotel beds and bathroom had great lighting to do makeup! We stayed for just one night for a wedding, but if we had stayed longer I would've enjoyed my time in Virginia. There was everything you need in the surrounding area of this location.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good, had a variety of hot and cold items, well organized, spacious breakfast area. The staff was courteous and helpful. My own blow dryer wasn't working while we were here, so it was very convenient that the hotel supplies one for guests to use. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Winchester to visit family at SU.

We couldn't review the pool because it wasn't open during our stay, due to maintenance. But that was not a problem for us. There really wasn't anything about our stay here that we didn't like!

Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to see.

It was a simple no frills facility which wasn’t bad. I did expect at least a coffee pot in the room and a seating area besides the desk chair-especially with space in the room to have such. Was a simple bagel bar for breakfast but kind of wish they had more gluten free options.

Housekeeping came to the door not once but twice before checkout. They knocked and 2 seconds later, knocked again. I barely had time to get out of bed, and they were already attempting to come in the room. Thank God for the inner lock that prevents that! 8 am and 10 am is when they came.. check out was 12. I felt very rushed.

It was close to historic downtown of Winchester. It was close to John Barnett Park where we went Saturday evening after dinner to walk around and close to Walgreens where we had to go Sunday morning.

There could have been more of a breakfast selection. Not much to offer for breakfast. You needed a buffet with eggs, hashbrowns, waffle maker to make waffles besides the muffins, toast and cereal.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Their pet policy is the best, just $15/night. The rooms are well kept and the faux-wood/laminate flooring is a welcome improvement over wall to wall carpeting. Apart from occasionally hearing chatter in the hallway it's a very quiet hotel. The bathroom is functional and well appointed -- the shower is pretty amazing.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The biscuits and gravy is a nice touch, though most of the breakfast offerings are highly processed. Tried the "Jimmy Dean" breakfast sandwich -- it was just awful. But there are many restaurants, some in easy walking distance from the hotel, if you really want a good breakfast.
