Double queen room excellent, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was Ok, bacon was a little under cooked. Biscuits and scrambled eggs were good. Cereal and pastries available. Coffee dispensers were empty, 8:30ish. Dining area was clean and organized with big screen tv. Indoor pool area clean with ample chairs and clean towels. Double elevators were clean, fast, and very little wait time. Hotel location very accessible from main highway located at a stop light with controlled entry's and exits. Mexican, Chinese, and American eateries close by with numerous gas stations.

Parking is a bit to be desired as the evening progresses.

The layout of the room was unique and frankly beautiful. It is unfortunate that I didn't think to grab any photos. The bed was cushy, and the water pressure impressive. The dog fee is $25, which is annoying but far and away not the most obnoxious I've seen this year. I was impressed with the interior design, which doesn't usually register at all in a hotel, and I enjoyed the novel layout. It felt luxurious for an extremely reasonable price. Also, excellent pillows, which now that I'm home, I'm wondering where they got, as they're much nicer than mine.

The parking lot is a little tight, not insurmountable but not necessarily as friendly to larger vehicles as I've encountered elsewhere recently, and unfortunately not contiguous with another lot to accommodate this. Be aware before you come here that you may want to find somewhere else to park if you're not in a smaller car. It's not anyone's fault, and I'm not upset, I was just surprised that it looks easier on the map than I found in person, and it bears saying.

The room was clean with a new microwave and refrigerator. The space for the old microwave was still left unfinished and could have looked a bit tidier, but not unsightly. There was good variety for breakfast, very good coffee and the quality of food was quite good for a hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet, despite there being a slew of young teens staying for a baseball tournament. It was easy to get to the historic downtown which was about 2.5 miles away. Also, it was just off the freeway so very convenient access. It was a great value for the dollar and we will stay here again.

This was a modern exterior that did not have a lot of street appeal. The location was across the road from a small mall with a few restaurants was across the street. I did not see much of significant interest within walking distance, although the noted restaurants were across the street and old town was nearby.

The room was great. Had a microwave and small refrigerator which made for cozy snacking. Upon arriving, we decided to stay another day and it was super easy to book with the front desk staff. They were also great with all of our request and super friendly.

The only thing that I feel could’ve been done better was the breakfast was not the greatest. There were eggs and bacon however they were not great textures. There was no milk for cereal. However, everything else was really great.

I loved the decor of the property and proximity to the University. We remember the previous establishment and this is a definite improvement. Breakfast was fantastic and the employee helping everyone was on his job!!! It was a great experience.

I didn’t like that both front doors open simultaneously when you come in because it was brick cold out. Every time someone left or entered the building it would allow that freezing cold wind to sweep through the lobby. That may not be such an issue when it’s not freezing out but it was this trip. It would be nice to have more than one tv so folks can lounge on the couches and watch tv too.

The hotel was perfect. Right off the interstate.very clean and fresh smelling upon entering. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. We were able to bring our dog for a $25 fee. Room and hotel had nice amenities…. Breakfast, gym,pool, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Bed and pillows we’re comfortable. Nice stay and price was considerably less!

We were on the pet floor - I think-and the hallway had a stale dog smell. Also there was wear and tear on the floorboard of our room (201) and it had not been fixed.

Front desk staff has always been friendly and professional. Facility is clean and convenient. Breakfasts are more robust than most motels.

We have been at this facility multiple times. A few disappoints this time related to the facility: the cold water in the shower was not mixing with the hot water so it was SCALDING. Some of the apparatus in the work out room needed repairs. The sodas in the food to buy area were depleted. These are minor but a bit of a disappointment.

Very convenient from highway and near places to eat. Nice room was big and refrigerator, microwave & bathroom facilities were separated by a wall from bed area that made it more like a suite. Average cleanliness. Good WiFi and amenities.

King bed was a bit uncomfortable - hard and lumpy. Breakfast was OK and have had much better in similarly priced hotels. Scrambled eggs were like minced eggs (wouldn't stay on fork) and were cold. Biscuits and gravy was pretty good but were also cold. No bacon or sausage was offered. A very basic breakfast but enough to get you going. Staff was OK but not welcoming.

Room was clean and neat, staff was friendly, we had to call the front desk due to a noise in the adjoining room around 11:30 at night, she promptly came up to our room and went into the next room and found out it was an alarm clock that was constantly beeping. We were well pleased with the quick service and resolution of problem, breakfast was excellent, would have rated a 10 however exercise room needed some TLC.

The price was right. The room was clean and spacious. It has all the facilities including a gym and indoor pool. Multiple restaurant options surrounding the property for dinner.

The breakfast wasn’t good. Very limited options. This is a real family hotel and unfortunately many parents just let their children help themselves. So it is not a criticism of the hotel but you don’t want to eat anything after kids have touched everything.
