I have stayed there before and found the accommodations to be very comfortable and appropriately priced. The facilities in the room were quiet and worked well. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was effective and quiet. The breakfast nook was as expected though the coffee was quite good. Staff was attentive, friendly and thorough.

The kindness of the worker's. One day we asked for a special breakfast and the awesome guy made it just for us. The room we love it. She did a awesome job Thank you for keeping are room clean.

Nothing everything was great

I stay here all time when I’m visiting the area I call home. It’s such a convenient spot and very affordable and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is always top notch as well!

This stay my key cards seemed to have an issue. I received two key cards at check in my first night. I had a three night two day stay. The second night of my stay my key card wouldn’t let me in to my room. I went to the front desk to get a new one and the woman working was more than happy to fix the issue. Then I happened the next night too! Neither of the keys would let me in. So I had to go back up front and the same woman (I didn’t catch her name) from the night before was more than happy to fix the issue again :) Not sure what happened, but very glad someone was there to help!

We thought the room was spacious and comfortable. Although the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, it was passable and presentable. We would probably stay again.

The refrigerator was making quite a bit of noise and the gentleman at the desk was extremely nice and got us into a different room right away. It was greatly appreciated!! Also, we were only there a few hours for a quick sleep and had to head out again very early. We got a very comfortable sleep. Thank you

The location was perfect, it was right across the parking lot from a Starbucks and close to my family members who I was visiting. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly!

The breakfast was not up to the standards of other hotels that we have stayed in. I always look forward to toppings on the waffle (besides butter and syrup) and toppings for the oatmeal. I didn't care for the oatmeal to be in the little packets. The hot water was not hot (even when the new canister was presented). The scrambled eggs were not that appetizing. Because the breakfast was not all that great, for my next stay in Stephens City, I plan on staying at the hotel right next to the Quality Inn (HOLIDAY EXPRESS) and I'll decide which one I like better for future overnight stays.

Clean Reasonable price

Dog Barking in the Hallway at 7:00 Am if someone is going to have a pet that's fine but have respect for other people and keep your dog quiet please that early in the morning

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Brekfast offering needs to be improved. For our stay, it was scrambled eggs but no breakfast sausage or bacon. So I had toast and that was it.

Everything was nice and the room was clean and staff was nice.

The breakfast could be better with more options.

We had a king bed. If you slept to close to the edge, the bed had a gullie close the the edge and you could roll off. Rooms could use a little more upgrading but other than that, it was perfect.

Convenient walk to Starbucks!! :-) Continental breakfast included was good
