The young lady at the front desk was amazing, we arrived early and she did everything she could to get us into our room early. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean, spacious and everything was in working order. Breakfast had ample options.

The hotel was very nice, I can’t pinpoint anything that was disappointing, personal preference the bed was uncomfortable for my husband but I was fine. Coffee could have been stronger, but again personal preference. Breakfast was a little over done but buffets are hard to keep from over cooking, but the food was good.

It was very warm in the lobby where you ate your breakfast. We took ours back to our room. Also the attendant wasn’t able to give us a receipt but told us she would email it but we never received it.

Staff- organized, friendly, dressed neatly, professional. Room- comfortable, clean, amenities top notch. Quiet, peaceful place Excellent breakfast, serving dishes sparkling, food good & hot, area clean, welcoming.

Facility accepts dogs and dogs barked all during the night. Staff tried to have quests control them but that did not help. Asked for a room away from any dogs but I guess dogs are on all floors.

Location. It’s super close to my brother in law place . We were visiting him for Christmas. Check in was super quick. Staff -very friendly, clean place , clean towels and sheets . That’s all we needed .

Convenient location, comfortable bed, great room set up (coat hooks + place to put your bag that’s not on the floor), friendly staff.

Some maintenance items could use attention (toilet ran 50% of time).

No TV. So sorry we had to cancel our Monday night stay because still no TV service. We did find another holiday in down road further in troutville. Our cancelation confirmation is 55389873.

Beds were comfortable overall better than I expected from the reviews. I wanted to cancel because of the unfavorable reviews but couldn't without losing the night stay. I was pleasantly pleased with the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was good and hot. The breakfast attendant was a kind and hardworking.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The floors especially needed cleaned better.

Pool was closed and was not told ahead of time 2nd floor has a weight room and sign says vending as well. There is no vending. We saw it on the way out and it's on first floor. To bad we saw that so late.

Close to the highway. Clean and well appointed room. Very nice breakfast. All in all a very nice stay. It was the second time we stayed at this location.
