When I put in that the hotel needed a pool and a breakfest . Your was one that came up at the top 5 list . But we went to go down to eat found a resterant that did breakfeast but it was not part of the room deal and it was extra.. A lot extra.. Knowing this I would not stayed here ..BUT A VERY CLEAN HOTEL ..

They have way to little amounts of carts to help with taking things up to the room .. we waited for over a hour and no carts so Wife having medical reasons can not lift and I beiing a senoir we took the bare things to out room ..

Loved this beautiful hotel. The staff are wonderful. The restaurant is excellent. The rooms are comfortable. All the rooms are ocean view. Breathtaking views. Thank you.

Just two things, There's no green space for dogs and the trash receptacles in throughout the parking lot were full and overflowing for three days. The parking lot should be maintained as well as the hotel itself. It's a lovely place and having garbage in the lot makes it unattractive.

Kitchen staff on the first night was magnificent. Attentive and prepared my food to perfection. It took about 10 minutes to receive it. The second night staff seemed unable to give the same level of service. Food was still good despite the 30+ minute wait.

I stay exclusively at this hotel every visit. I do so because the front desk staff is amazing and the rooms are very clean.

The welcome was lovely. The locale was very quiet, on the edge of town. The room was large and even included somewhere to sit that was not the bed. Bed was very comfy with lots of pillow options. The room and public areas were very clean.

Too bad if you want tea in your room, you can only have coffee and that with no milk/creamer. The locale is out of town a little, so if you want to eat but not drive the bistro menu is a little limited.

Front Desk Staff were very welcoming. Lisa, was engaging, answering all of my questions. Room was clean and spacious. The Lobby Bistro late hours made us very happy; we didn't have to leave late night to grab something to eat.

No complaints. Great experience.

Very convenient

Breakfast would have been a plus for us. There was an issue with a waterline burst, but that had nothing to do with the building itself or the folks working there. Everyone was super nice and accommodating.

Everything at the hotel was fine. The gentleman at the desk at check-in couldn't find our reservation, glad we brought the printout off our computer. We were only there for a very short stay and only slept there. It is just convenient to where we had to go.

We have stayed here several times in the past mainly because of location.

This was close to a private residence where we were attending a reunion. Very helpful!

The refrigerator, very small for a King studio in our experience, froze our food. We made the staff aware of this but it was not resolved during our stay. The staff provided a $30 credit to us when we checked out over this issue.

Ice machines weren't working and the pool looked foamy green. Other than that it was excellent!

Staff, rooms, restaurant, and business section. It was quiet at night!

Very clean and we really liked the Bistro. We ate there twice for dinner. The staff was friendly, and food was very good.
