I really enjoy the quietness and the cleanliness of the whole property the staff has been nothing but kind Amanda has been a god send I have been dealing with some personnel issues and she has been the light when the days were dark thank you for being you ❣️ if this world had more people like you in it the world would be a better place and Tiffany thank you also for being so kind I truly appreciate each and every staff member there thanks for the hospitality when i so needed it

There isn't one thing bad I could say about this property you have a nice quiet clean property with beautiful flower beds and one heck of a staff that does there job well thanks for everything

The price was right and the staff was helpful. I'm still not sure how much I was charged or will be charged. There was a security deposit that I understood to be refundable. I paid it on by debit card, but it still has not cleared. Neither have I been billed for my stay. I was only there for a couple of hours because I had to leave due to a health problem. I fully understand that I may be charged for one night, but that hasn't shown upon as a charge against my debit card.

I found the facility difficult to find since it is tucked away. Part of the problem might be that my GPS located it about a quarter mile away. There was no telephone in the room, so there was no direct way to communicate with the desk I had no cell phone, so I had to walk around to the reception desk. There was no alarm clock in the room. Bathroom had some screw protruding from wall opposite the mirror/sink where something had been taken out.

I liked the fact that APM was very close to the SummitPoint race track. It was a huge room! It was a massive room that could fit tons of equipment etc... However, it is only accessible on one side of the highway. ie. the address on your navigation/map is somewhat difficult to properly locate. Per night, it is cheaper than apartment in downtown DC! Per square foot I imagine it is waaay cheaper... The drive to and from Washington is beautiful - mountains, farms, horses, the river, wildlife (kinda). It's a great getaway spot to explore Winchester, and other locations away from the nation's capital.

The lights are bright in the parking lot, but that also allows you to keep an eye on your vehicle.

Really wasn't expecting it to be very nice considering the cost, but but boy was I suprised! It's as nice as any Motel 6 and a good $20-30 cheaper than the one in Winchester. Would absolutely stay here again.

Satellite TV was out for about 10 minutes during a storm. Room was supposed to have a washing machine, but did not.

clean no one bothered us easy to clean and more than enough space. staff was nice provided extra details about my security deposit and slept very good

the door didn’t seem very secure and just one pice of the the window blind was broken so I had to buy a sheet to cover the whole window and I kept a chair against the door to feel safer. not horrible just nerve racking

The property was right off the interstate.

Being on the third floor it would have been good to have an elevator. Didn’t have an ice machine. Appeared some guess are permanent residence. There were signs stating no smoking but several guests were on the walkways smoking.

Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, gas.

I had difficulty finding the entrance. Helpful citizens directed me. After that initial difficulty I had no problem.

great location right off 81! Room was clean and toiletries were provided. also loved that there was a five guys right next to them so I could walk to get dinner.

had quiet hours but there were people who were loud during them

Wasn't pleased with some of the people that hung around the area. Those people were being obnoxiously loud late in the evening when I was trying to sleep.
