The property is located very close to restaurants downtown. Easy to get onto route 81. Very few hotels have outdoor pools and this was definitely a plus for us. The rooms are super quiet despite being located near a main road with lots of traffic. Breakfast was very good. Hard boiled eggs were offered so you know they are real(not farm fresh but better option than premade eggs).

No microwave in the room but there is one to use in the very nice lobby. We brought our food there to heat and eat. Pleasant. Room on our side of the hotel was dark.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, convenient check out time, penalty charge for smoking inside to discourage smoking inside the hotel, hallways smelled fresh and clean, extra towels provided, front desk sends text messages to check in and make sure everything is going okay and will answer questions via text as well

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I've stayed here twice now.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices…hot and cold. Kitchen area and dining area were clean and pleasant. Dining room attendant was friendly and helpful…going above duty to assist a guest with a pet. Hot beverages were available all day. Location is central to shopping, restaurants, and a mall.

I can’t think of anything that would have improved our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was updated and stylish. The room products were very good. It was also a nice touch to provide complimentary bottled water and evening cookies/fruit.

I don't have any negatives.

This is a great location if you are visiting Shenandoah University. It is directly across the street from campus. It is very nice, was very clean and the staff is super friendly. We have stayed there several times. I have only eaten the breakfast a couple times, but they had a good selection and the food was good.

Third floor hallway was freezing! They could save a bundle $$$ lowering the air conditioner.

Breakfast was great and the location was perfect to explore, i loved they had fresh coffee all day and the staff were very friendly, I felt really safe and welcomed. Full credit to all the staff that run this hotel on a daily basis..they were wonderful

The breakfast was to my taste but they did not supply any marmalade.

The charge in US Dollars exceeded the agreed rate. It was only $2.79 but they simply referred to Booking .com when I mentioned it. They should have corrected it.

Good coffee! Got fresh baked cookies in the evening. Price was comparable to others for the date and area. Staff was excellent. Room was up to Hampton inn standards, clean and comfortable

It would be nice to have a small lobby bar for a drink before bed.

The breakfast was very good. I had oatmeal and husband had fresh self-made waffles. Both were very good and the selection of fruit, toppings for the oatmeal, and juices was good. The room was good sized. The location was great--right off the interstate.
