The breakfast was amazing and filling for the whole family. The room smelled and looked clean. The sleeper sofa was a good place to sleep. I loved the hand wash in the bathroom. I loved the full size Dove products, as well. We look forward to visiting again.

Minor but not bad-A little bit more dresser space would of been good and a second grab bar for the tub for the right handers.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds and sofa is comfortable too.

Breakfast wasn't as good as usual, and no creamer was available for coffee. Hotel under renovations, so it didn't look the best. But we are usually happy, and understand work always needs done. Also no extra blankets for sofa. My 6 year old says yo tell you that there was no bible in the room.

Tamra Anderson, the young lady at the front desk, was very cheerful and accommodating. We shared how much we liked the pillows, and she was able to allow us to purchase two. Breakfast was great and there was a lot of variety. The young lady handling the preparation was sooo pleasant and wonderful to talk to. She kept everything stocked and fresh.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. We were very satisfied.

Rooms are newly renovated and amazing. The beds are so comfortable. This is our 3rd stay here, and I plan on having a 4th. Perfect for quick stays, close to everything and staff is super friendly!

Quick overnight to celebrate an anniversary and enjoy downtown Winchester, and it was perfect. The bed was enormous, and the room was clean. We used the hot tub and the pool(which was nice and warm), ate breakfast, and enjoyed our stay! Located very close to all things fun.

Staff--Terri in particular--were terrific; knowledgable, capable, and friendly. Breakfast was a cut above most spots like this. The king suite was spacious, bed comfortable, etc.

Air handler cycled on and off all night even when not in "auto" mode. So the noise shifting was disturbing throughout the night.

Very Clean and house keeping even came in made your bedding if you stayed more than one night. Hot tub definitely a plus

They could not find my Booking.com reservation so I booked a different room. Then I got charged for the booking they could not find. Took almost a month to get a refund for the failed reservation.

The rooms were spacious and clean! Easy to navigate with a Walker! Breakfast more than I expected and coffee was excellent!

Smell of cleaning supplies! Needs more outlets for phones and iPads etc!
