We arrived about an hour before ck in and the host was kind enough to let ck in, we really appreciated that. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of USB charging ports. The breckfast area was nice with plenty of tables and chairs and seating with USB charging ports. The breakfast items offered had a nice variety.

The ONLY draw back was the beds face the bathroom wall that had a large sliding frosted glass door and when the bathroom lites were turned on glared into the darkened room...

My stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel at home right away. The service was impeccable, with great attention to detail that truly made a difference. The facilities were in perfect condition, with spacious, spotlessly clean rooms beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the buffet: an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options catering to all tastes. Additionally, the common areas, such as the pool and gym, were well-maintained, providing the perfect space to relax. Overall, this is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and top-notch service. I would definitely return!

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at, the trundle beds were so perfect for my children and the rooms were especially space utilized which I absolutely loved. I WILL be staying here again it was absolutely amazing. The fact that check in was as late as midnight was great and check out was 12 pm, so ideal for my children. To note also, the breakfast was out of this world with the size, timing, seating, set up, amazing. There was also convenient access to microwave meals, snacks, adult and non alcoholic beverage's(for purchase)

The only flaw which isn't really an issue for me personally was the shower was able to leak water out but it was such a minimal inconvenience in the grade scheme of the stay.

Indoor pool, friendly hostess and staff, comfortable bed and room, very clean and well designed room layout.

I wanted to use the exercise room treadmill, however, the treadmill monitor does not work without connecting to a QR code with a smart phone...which I do not own. I also hoped for free cookies available in the lobby. I accidentally left my sweater hanging in the room closet when we left. We called to inquire whether it was in your lost and found but it was not. I'm sure it was in the closet where I left it so I'm just wondering what happened. Thanks

Ice machine w BIG ice bucket on our floor. Water pressure in shower is EXCELLENT & adjustable. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN rooms & bedding. Breakfast is nice & STOCKED. LOVE this brand & this is BEST of 3rd I've visited around the East. 👍 👍 Bigelow teas ALL hours in lobby w flavored coffees. Cannot do better for the price.

The rooms were a little bit small for 5 pax, but ok. They were tidy and elegant suited. The breakfast was as usual, similar to other hotels. We've been there, because we travelled to the Shenandoah NP, so that was the best option for us to get there.

Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The room was clean and a size that was good for 3 children. The pool was nice too. The water is heated. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

The only thing I can complain about is there wasn't a remote to the TV in our room. I called down to the front desk and within minutes one was delivered to our room. I wish breakfast was served later on a weekday.

We've stayed here several times and it is our first choice for staying the night in Winchester, here's why. The couch is actually 3rd bed, comfortable and large enough for my 15 yr old and has a trundle. So the queen room would sleep a family of 6 no problem. The breakfast is the most decent you'd find at this price level: Coffee is stronger than most, there are plenty of hot options. My kids have fun in the pool after a day of driving. Bathroom layout is nice, with plenty of counter space and larger bottles of toiletries. This location is great; there's a Chick-Fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, Target, Starbucks etc in a shopping center area that the hotel is a part of.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed and the only negative is that the shower drain was broken. The front desk looked at it as there was no maintenence on duty. She would not change us to a new room and said just shower anyway even though it was wide open and would not catch the hair or anything else that fell down it. I was a little uncomfortable with that.

I was told there were sheets and blanket for the trundle bed located in the closet area. Once we were slowed down to the point of making the beds we realized there was only a small blanket and a terrible flat pillow in the closet. It was really late and I didn’t want to bother the staff downstairs. We just made it work with other blankets. My other issue is why can’t we put real locks on bathroom doors. The door didn’t even close with a latch. I like to feel secure when I’m in a clear door shower and a door that actually looks. Also the tv was not positioned so that it could be seen from both beds.

The scenery was beautiful. The room was spacious. The closet was large enough to walk in. The room was very clean. Breakfast was a morning buffet. There was a hot liquid station for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. There was an orange juice and apple juice dispenser. Hot food offerings included oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and a breakfast sandwich. There was also a waffle making station.

The pillows on the bed could have been more supportive. The toilet was quite small and low to the ground. The air conditioning needed to be stronger for the size of the room.
