Rooms were super clean and comfortable. We did request to be moved from the highway side of the building to the parking lot side after our first night and the change was made immediately and pleasantly by the front desk. That room was super quiet and we loved it. Will stay here again when we travel to the area.

The bed pillows are a strange small shape, not traditional pillow shape. We were able to sleep fine with them but it did take some creative arranging. They were different fluffiness so that was good!

The customer service person at check-in didn't really seem like they wanted to be there. Everyone is entitled to a bad day or moment. This person was definitely miserable. It makes for an unwelcome experience. Upon checking out the morning person seemed new & was unable to give me a receipt. They told me I would receive one in my email shortly. I never did. I think the front desk people in general need more customer service training. I also disliked the small square bed pillows on the beds. It was very hard to get comfortable on such a small pillow. Granted there were 4 of them but personally I prefer a standard pillow.

This was a good one night stay on I 81. For us it was just a stopover on our way home. I found it because of the positive reviews for hotels in this area. The room was clean with the usual amenities. Bathroom very clean, as well. For me the mattress was way too hard, so my sleep wasn't the best. Breakfast was the usual fair, but was plentiful. We were able to walk to an Italian restaurant for dinner, which was convenient. Can recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, we had a King suite with sofa which made it very comfy for chilling out after a busy day touring around the area also great location for the Dulles airport as it was only just over 1hour away, 😊

Travelling around the area the GPS just keeps sending you to interstate 81 but once you get used to it and stick with HWY 11 you'll be good 👍

The location was perfect as a stopping point for our travel from TN to NJ. The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The breakfast was great but the coffee station was not as good as I would have hoped. One of the machines were out of service and they had just one coffee dispenser available which ran out while we were there. No biggie but I think most people would expect a better coffee experience first thing in the morning.

Great location and close to a lot of restaurants

Overall I liked the property as a whole. The only issue was the room was a little dirty. Hair in the shower was the biggest issue. A bed side lamp didn’t work and the coffee machine was intermittent in terms of working. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

We were traveling back to our home state of Pennsylvania from our vacation in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and were tired. It was dark and rainy so I called booked an hour before arrival. Hotel was right off the Interstate, easy to find and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the price for one night stay. Room was clean, beds were comfy and sleep came easily.

My husband was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I didn’t go down and slept instead. He said that there weren’t enough choices. No potatoes or muffins.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Again, my room was VERY clean and smoke free! The staff are pleasant. Breakfast is ok (maybe add more options 😆) but everything was made fresh and will do in a pinch. Close to restaurants and a movie theatre right across the parking lot. Quick 10 minute drive to Winchester; I have a dear friend that lives in that area that I visit often. Ill definitely be back.

This is our second time here. It is halfway for our destination. We love Old Winchester, and the area. This Comfort Inn is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was usual fare, but we love it, because it saves us money and time when traveling. We will for sure stay here again. We just need to find restaurants to our liking. Both times we have not loved what we picked out or what was recommended.

The property is convenient to the highway, seemed like new and was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very pet-friendly, and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The Mexican restaurant next door was very good.

Can't think of anything. Even the pet fee was very reasonable, unlike the fees at many other hotels these days.
