I've stayed here many times and it always exceeds my expectations for the price, given the proximity to D.C. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is very good, and this location is very convenient to almost everything south of D.C.. Traffic is pretty light between this hotel and Ft. Belvoir in the mornings (about 10-15 min's drive); however, heading north from here in the morning requires more careful planning: leaving before about 0615 is best.

This is not the hotel's fault, but following Google Maps GPS from the interstate to the hotel is a little tricky, which is possibly one reason this hotel is not more expensive. However, missing a turn is okay. Pull into a parking lot to turn around, and with a little patience, the fairly peaceful location and cost savings in that area are well worth the possible inconvenience.

Nice room -quite clean, comfy beds, convenient location, great cleaning staff-pretty attentive.

Reception clerks were average, rather laconic and scant in their comments. Breakfast was average to substandard. Facilities were a bit old, though operative.

Location was great, plenty of retail and places to eat:) Breakfast was awesome and staff as well:) Beds were comfy!! They even had a shuttle to the Metro and best part check out was at noon!!

The hallways are a bit outdated and so are the rooms:( No airflow in the hallways:(

an older motel but clean and pleasant. Suffered a fall(not at Hotel) and staff was very sympathetic and helpful.

Lock was very stiff. Particularly getting out of room.Tvwas especially a problem after the fall I suffered. Took 2 hands and several tries to get door opened from inside room.

I like the location of the hotel most. Then, their excellent and free shuttle bus service to nearest metro station (both pick up and drop off). The room is okay. Breakfast is Standard. Many restaurants and Target are across from the hotel.

I have no complain. I like the facility. Services are good.

The Location it’s accessible to everything like food or shopping and also the breakfast was great the lady that’s restocking all the food was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the beds super comfortable

Needs a little renovation on the elevator it’s feels like you will get stuck in there jaja

Beds were comfy, staff was great.

Wanted a handicap room with 2 beds but they only had a king room (none with 2 beds) so we used our own handles for the shower. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast.

The Hotel was very clean & easy to get & plenty of places to eat & the hotel had very friendly and professional staff working there I woul recommend all my family & friends to use when they are traveling or just need extra space for visitors.

Breakfast was served every day, room was clean, and sheets were changed. Everything was kept up to date. Would recommend to stay here.

Card to enter my room was in active, some of the room light did not function, other than that, everything was good.

Everything was good , I would say that it seemed as of the AC wasn't working as good . But over all I loved it and will continue to come also recommend it to others .
