The view was amazing, optioned to get the higher floor and my request was accepted so that really helped my stay. Everything was amazing - the room was very nice and I would have stayed longer - breakfast was good , very wide selection - the Wren below was PACKED but it serves as a convenient option for food without leaving. I did however go to the Wegmans below and that supplied well needed snacks and drinks for the stay. Parking was a hassle as it’s allot going on and very tight corners for driving a full size SUV but it works and I feel it’s a very safe option to leaving your car on the street. The design of everything on the perch and the capitol one center is very thought out and I feel is one of the best places in Arlington. Security is top notch so safety isn’t a concern. All about burger *a local food spot* was amazing and a good option if you want a delicious burger.

Ehhhh not much I say I wouldn’t or didn’t like necessarily. The room was rather dry as it was very humid and rainy outside and the AC didn’t help or bring any moisture in but that’s not a complaint.

This is my second time staying at the Watermark and I still had the same feeling of excitement as the first time. The hotel provides all the facilities that make staying there really enjoyable, the breakfast was great and the staff were quite attentive and polite. I will stay there again on my next visit.

It’s close to a number of construction sites and there was loud music being played in the lobby area that I could hear the boom boom of it in my room many floors above but other than that I have no complains

The communication from the hotel about what to expect, the hotel offerings and the app was fantastic. It made me excited about the visit. The front desk staff upon check in was a delight. Our room was one of the best and most spacious hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything was very clean - including the parking deck! The gym was spacious and pretty clean.

I was surprised the room didnt have robes. Everything else was so well appointed. The gym was missing mats to lay on the floor with. The breakfast was fine, not great.

The Perch was so much fun! The landscaping, creativity, and activities were excellent. There was live music and a DJ when the band was finished. Our room was an entire apartment. The views from the room allowed us to view the full moon in all its glory and to see the sunrise from our bedroom. The gym offered a variety of equipment that allowed us to for a very full workout. I loved that Wegman’s conveniently stays open until midnight. The lounge on the lobby level (same as the Perch) was welcoming and so classy! We played a game of pool then walked about admiring the decor.

Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was excellent...very well organized and very clean. Our room was spacious and designed very well. Loved the location by the train and having the Wegmans on the ground floor of the building in which the hotel was housed. The bar/lounge area was very nice and their cocktails were innovative. Their lounge food was also very good...Japanese influenced menu.

Front desk staff was not particularly helpful in areas that did not directly pertain to the hotel...for example...when I asked about a newspaper I was told that they did not have any newspapers nor did they know where I could get one. (in fact the grocery store on the ground floor sold newspapers). I asked about mailing some stamped letters and I was told that there was no place I could mail my letters in the hotel (no offer to put my letters with the hotel's outgoing mail). As long as you 'stick with the script', the front desk is fine....but don't ask for assistance with things that they consider out of the ordinary.

The breakfast was great! Lots of options and great fresh fruit. Delicious !

The only thing that was less than ideal was the mattress. Very uncomfortable. Much too hard. It was also a little disappointing that the cleaning people completely missed our room until the last part of the day when we were in the room getting dressed for dinner. We were out all day. Not sure why we got missed.

The facility and style exceeded expectations, especially considering the price. Included breakfast was beyond what you typically receive at a hotel. The room was very spacious with new technology. Didn't have time for the restaurants but they all looked good. Very convenient location next to train station, next to Capital One Hall, and above Wegmans if you need anything. Only downside is no pool but we didn't have time anyway.

Location was great! Free parking.. more on that below. Spacious rooms. Super clean everywhere

Okay, with the parking, if you are coming and going, be sure to have your room key ready. While it is not a hassle to get a new ticket validated, I don’t need to be shamed by the attendant for not divulging if I had checked in and why I didn’t have my room key ready. Minor I know but still. Something also that was weird, only 3 chairs in a double queen room. While having dinner or snacks or breakfast in our room, our family of four couldn’t sit at the table together. It was great that they offer bedrails for our smaller kids, but only one, not 2. It’s like they love odd numbers here. It almost feels like they advertise and cater more to four legged friends than children.

We were placed on a very high floor away from noise. Had a birthday card and rose pedals on table for my birthday.

The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. We had old stained towels in our room and our balcony would not drain so it was partially flooded the whole time since it rained. Should have had robes and slippers in the room.

We liked the size of the room, the premium furnishings, the rooftop terrace with lots of activities and food, standard late checkout (noon), the top-floor fitness center, and the included breakfast.

Really did not appreciate a $25 garage fee to park overnight. That's way too high for being in a non-major city. Also did not like the Wren menu. That restaurant is not family-friendly in both food choices and cost per plate.
