Didn’t have breakfast

We stayed for 2 days. We had terrible tv service. We couldn’t even get the local channels. I told the front desk. We checked in on Tuesday and I told them on Wednesday they said they would try to have somebody come and check it later. If not it would be Thursday morning and I told her we were checking out Thursday morning and I would not need a Tv. I just think that they need to make sure everything is working in the rooms, or come and fix them and not make you wait . You are paying for a room where everything should be working when you check in. If not it should be fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Cindy Marin

Location was great

There weren't anything provided besides bathroom tissue. The face tissue box on the sink was empty. The tv didn't turn on even though it was plugged in and the remote was still working. The phone also didn't work. However, I didn't need either of those things. It might be something that affects you. While the facility is non-smoking, they can't control the amount of smoking outside the rooms. My next door neighbor, for example, loved to imbibe in weed. Thankfully, the rooms were well ventilated and didn't draw the smell inside. This made it a better stay for me.

This was an amazing choice of hotels compared to many around. The facility was very quiet and easily accessible being the first stay off of the interstate. Within walking distance to an assortment of activities and attractions. The Virginia Beach convention center is less than a block away. The hotel has its own restaurant attached to the lobby, gas and groceries stores are within two blocks or less! The room was very clean and spacious for our family. Will be here again!

Nothing!!!

The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very polite...it was very quiet,had a nice Mexican restaurant conjoined. .. I will stay there again .no complaints on the establishment.

When I booked my room with booking.com . the room rate was advertised at $48..00 .So I processed to book the RM . Somehow the rate changed , before I could finish with my information.It went up to 79.99.with tax including...Then after I submitted I needed to get in touch with booking no way to talk to anyone just a chat.need to improve ways to communicate besides texting and chatting.some people can not use technology...

The staff was delightful and always willing to help. I felt like a guest rather than an intruder. The room was comfortable and clean! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot and swimming pool area. I had a comfortable and safe feeling staying there. ++Plus The beach is within walking distance and just far enough from the busy VA beach. Highly recommend, Will stay there again.

I had to go to work the next day and couldn't enjoy a day at the beach.Lol

I liked the location it’s very close to everything VA beach! The room was very clean and the housekeepers are very helpful. The front desk staff is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place! Not a lot of noise around the place (riff raft) I have stayed here with children and have had no complaints!

I was hesitant about booking this hotel, given the reviews. However, I absolutely LOVED my stay here!! The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were crazy comfortable. I extended my stay and wanted to stay in the same room. I ran into the owner in the parking lot and asked her if that was acceptable. She asked me for my name and told me that she'd take care of it. I went into the office the next day to verify, and it was already taken care of, like she said. All the staff were great! I did request daily maid service upon arrival, so I had fresh linens every day. To my surprise, they also fully changed my bed linens as well. I was only expecting the bed to be made. It was a welcomed surprise because we tracked sand in a lot. I will definitely be staying here again. Side note: I live locally, and this was a staycation for me.

The people next to me had very rowdy young children who were either screaming or stomping around.

It was close to where we needed to be, the staff were really cool, nice, and respectful. Yes, it’s not 4/5 star but the room was clean, bed comfortable, it was safe, elevator worked, door key worked, staff really chill. I wasn’t looking for the Taj Mahal I was looking for a safe, affordable, and appropriate living space for a few days. With that in mind, it was perfect for me, my family, and our basketball program.

The stairwell near the elevator could use a little smell improvement, but that’s it!

Loved the location, super easy to get to everywhere. The staff is super nice, they let us check in even tho we arrived late and helped us with anything we needed. Comfortable beds, free WiFi!

The cards to enter the hotel were never working. We had to switch cards twice because they would not open our room. It would always take more than 1 try. The shower is also hard to use/figure out.

The location is amazing with convenience around every turn (food lion, dollar general, gas stations, and more) attractions are within a block away. The hotel lobby has an attached restaurant that is absolutely great! My room was clean and the staff was prompt and very helpful. My family will be coming back here again!
