Room was large and clean with everything we needed - lots of towels and cups/plates, utensils. The location was great too - very convenient.

Some of the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Also, the pool and the hot tub were not working.

Friendly staff. Room was very clean. Loved having a full kitchen with a dishwasher that all dishes are supplied. Really nice to have washers and dryers in the hotel to wash laundry. It was nice to take home clean clothes instead of having to worry bout washing them after getting home. Washer and dryer usage is FREE to use. Me and my husband had a great time here. Would definitely go back. Hotel supplied plenty of towels and wash cloths. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is close to Walmart and other shopping areas. Close to the beach also. Free parking. Rooms are very spacious. No bugs. Again our room was extremely clean and neatly kept. Alot of lighting in the rooms

This hotel is not oceanfront views but we still were fine staying here. We don't have anything bad to say bout the hotel. They do not offer free continental breakfast but I think that's because rooms have kitchens to make breakfast.

It was a wonderful experience, Clean, midweek cleaning by Melissa was so impressive ,friendly staff, free laundry facility, hot tub, pool, free towels for the beach, two blocks from the waterfront, everything was wonderful The TV in our room did not work (which is good we needed to unplug from electronics) In the park park, there was leaking water, which made it look unappealing and difficult to walk around at times. In the very next parking lot, there were a couple of people smoking (not cigarettes) Which didn’t suggest comfortably walking around alone. That’s not on the resort. Already booked a future stay, see you soon.

I struggled a lot with the TV and the channels did not match the guide given. Heard profanity coming from the next room, walls maybe a little thin.

The value of the money that we spent on the hotel room was worth it. The staff very friendly and helpful and very nice and very welcoming. They are very clean & organize. It’s great for handicap accessibility too. Plenty of parking. And the most important thing it is one block from the beach and a lot of good restaurants around it. The location it was a great, secure, very clean, my bed it was a great very comfortable.

I liked the location of the property of how close it is to the beach, the staff was very nice. I also like the fact that they have cut off hours for the children and teens to swim and they have a dedicated time for only the adults which is a plus for me and I love the whirlpool as well; it worked wonders for my back. I like the fact that we can also utilize the 3 sister properties as well in terms of there amenities.

I do wish that the kitchen was not off the bathroom and that there were a little more windows in the bedroom to be able to really see out and have a view. The bed could be just a tad bit firmer but all in all I would still recommend other guests to stay at this property.

I thoroughly read the reviews and was hoping it'd meet my expectations based on what I read and it did! The place was very clean, family oriented, I did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked just fine. The linen and sofa everything in the room was satisfactorily clean. I am glad I got to stay there and would recommend it for families, the suite is awesome can't beat the set up!

Although the laundry was free.. it was not manned very much. And the dryer by the time we needed to dry was not working and we had to dry our clothes hours later because we were checking out and had a family event to attend then a 3 hour ride home. Thankfully dryer sheets and a strong dryer helped saved the smell or the clothes! Also.. with small children the distance was a BIT further from the Beach that's the main downside. But if that doesn't bother you.. go for it!

Very convenient location not far from the beach at all. Property is very clean and family friendly. They have a guest washer and dryer that is free for use so that’s always a plus. Pretty much like a home away from home.

There’s only one elevator so during checkout and checkin times it can be a bit of a wait. Also the air conditioner in my unit seemed to work but it wasn’t keeping up with the really hot days so it was a little warmer in my room than I would like it. I didn’t report because I was traveling with my mom and it was the perfect temp for her, but the kids and I would’ve liked it cooler.

The hotel was very nice overall, the staff was excellent; efficient, friendly and helpful. The salt water pool was excellent, but very noisy at times. The facilities were vey well kept and comfortable. Wi-Fi was excellent.

No maid service during our stay. We were our own maids and this is not a discount hotel. Taking out trash and exchanging linens and towels... Not what I expected nor a plus for the facility.

The room was greats! Exactly what they looked like on the website. Bed were very comfortable. Central air worked very well. they kitchenette was GREAT!

There were several unmonitored children running around, playing to rough and taking up the indoor pool space, throwing things from the 3rd floor and playing in the elevators, causing delays during check-out. The televisions offered very limited channels and the ones provided were not very popular (lots of very old shows). I was not aware we were in an anjoining room and we could hear every movement next door.
