This hotel was fantastic. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was also very clean. Housekeeping was very good, friendly, and accommodating. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was a nice size with an actual tub. Water pressure was great and the hot water was constantly available and could support 4 people showering back-to-back. This hotel offers a free breakfast and has a very large selection. Location was perfect. Our room had a fantastic view. We were right on the beach. Parking was convenient and close to our room. We were able to walk to many restaurants, food places, and I'm not scenic areas.

Only thing we didn't like but was not a deal breaker, was that the breakfast was served between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM only, and it was served in a dining room, and you are not able to bring food back up to your room. It got very busy and the dining area was not very large.

Breakfast was great, always an option for a home cooked meal. Location was very centralized to everything on both the main drag and boardwalk. Driving to this hotel couldn’t have been easier, the main road goes straight to this location. The boardwalk and Beach were very clean and kept up with. We were on the 9th floor so the view was amazing from our balcony. The cleaning staff went above and beyond going as far as cleaning the glass door/window front every day. The pool and Spa were very clean and not over chlorinated. Highly recommend.

My only complaint, and it’s very mild is that their spa didn’t have any jets. It was basically a hot bath

This was our 3rd year staying here. We will keep coming because the breakfast is great- daily new options & they are always amazing, the staff in the breakfast area are always so friendly & welcoming. There is an older lady that works in the breakfast area (I always try to remember her name but I never can) that has remembered us each year after our first year. The pool & fitness area are always clean & you need a key card to get in to both area- as well as from the parking structure to the hotel itself. They take safety seriously and I really appreciate that as a mom. I can't say much about the fitness area as we didn't use it much, but the pool is always clean & the tables with chairs & the lounge chairs are always great after a long day on the beach. The hotel is in the perfect spot- amazing views of the beach, right on the boardwalk, & endless shopping & restaurant options within walking distance. We come from WI & they are always accommodating for check in & it takes less than 2 minutes to complete check in. Definitely recommend this hotel & the kids always love coming here!

The only thing I am not a fan of is the entrance to the parking structure. It is steep so my husband & kids will take the car up & I will take the elevator inside the hotel. I tell them our room number so they know what floor to park on and I meet them at the door of the parking structure.

1.) Staff was friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Breakfast staff was incredibly friendly and efficient (and consistent). 2.) Clean! Actual housekeeping services - they made attempts to check with us every day and even when we were in the room they left clean linens outside and took away our trash without being intrusive (I have not experienced such fabulous housekeeping post-COVID and I have had A LOT of hotel stays). 3.) Location: just about perfect! Central to the boardwalk and walking distance to anything you might need. Just make sure to make the correct turn on to Atlantic Ave...or you'll never make a left-hand turn to correct your mistake (just circle the block again if you get stuck in the wrong lane ....you'll know what I mean ..lol).

The hot tub and pool close at 10pm - I can appreciate they probably want some time to clean as well as just keep facilities secure....but 11pm would be great for those who might be there for work reasons and still want to use those (not a real legit complaint...I guess...ha!) Doors within the suite that lock would be great (to separate kids from parents...but oh well...!)

Room was smaller than anticipated, good layout but hallway and bathroom were narrow and small, ceilings were low, decor needs improvement

Location is incredibly convenient to everything. The breakfast was hot and delicious, huge range of options and they switch up the main courses day to day. The hotel staff was so kind and courteous, constantly going out of their way to help or even just to say hello. The room itself had plenty of space and a sliding door to close off the room adjacent to the balcony, great if you are rooming with two kids who like to stay up until 3 am. Beds were very comfortable. The balcony is a decent size (can easily sit 4 people) and has an amazing view of the beach and boardwalk. Pool and hot tub were nice, open from 9 am to 10 pm. Also had a small health room with just enough machines to supplement daily workouts (who wants to do that anyway if you're on vacation!?). We used the washer and dryer on the 5th floor. They were clean and in excellent shape.

In regards to parking, be advised that the attached garage has a pretty steep ramp and you may bottom out a lowered vehicle. Not a terrible thing, just something to be aware of.

Checkin was a snap. Breakfast was varied and delicious every day. The hotel was constantly being cleaned, and our housekeeper, Alejandra, was delightful! We came with friends and were able to share this basically 2 bedroom room for a decent price while enjoying a great location near our favorite restaurants, such as Mahi’s, Atlantic on Pacific, Harpoon Larry’s, and Il Gardino.

The only thing we didn’t like had nothing to do with the hotel. The presence of homeless people who are obviously suffering from mental illnesses was very disturbing. We wish the city would do more for them.

Amazing oceanfront view. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Right on the boardwalk to the beach .

Can’t bring breakfast food to room. Wasn’t informed about $100 fee to cover damages/smoking. I was forced to pay $100 when I arrived and was told the $100 would be refunded back to my account 7-10 business days after my stay.

The location was beautiful and centrally located. The hotel was very very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Could use updating, but it was very clean. Breakfast mediocre.

Stayed here for the 2nd time for Shamrock marathon weekend. Good location, walkable to start with view of runners in front on Saturday and marathon finishers from the back or balconey on Sunday. Room was clean & quiet, and included medium frig for race food and basic coffee system. Free parking was a nice bonus. Breakfast room staff were super nice only, unfortunately got to eat 1 day due to early race start.

No extended check out time for marathon runners though requested. Room well cleaned but was showing some signs of wear.
