I liked that the hotel had a variety of things we could do such as the pools, daily activities,game room and poolside tiki bar. I also liked the location of the hotel wasn’t to far from anything didn’t have to drive to many places everything was within walking distance.

There was nothing that I didn’t like everything fit to my standards and will be returning in the near future for sure for vacations and getaways!!!

Clean, several swimming pools and hot tub

I didn’t like that my 13 year old couldn’t get in the hot tub with us. That seems a bit extreme and age discrimination. If you want to have a hot tub for 21 and older, it should be in a more obscure location. Most hotels with hot tubs allow 13 year olds, or do not enforce a “no kids” rule unless they are not with a parent. The hot tub is right there with all the other pools so this was an issue for us. My son was embarrassed when a staff member told him he could not be in the hot tub. He did not go in any of the pools after that incident. Maybe you could ease up on that restriction.

This room was amazing! It was clean, super spacious and had everything we needed. The location was amazing-right across from pancake place and several places to eat. It was right on the beach/ board walk so that made it perfect! Staff was nice and pleasant and even got complimentary waters and a little bag of information when we arrived.

Parking was not the best. I loved that they gave a QR code to get in and out. That was great. But the elevator was not working so when we had to park several floors up we had to walk down several flights of stairs carrying heavy bags. So that was rough.

The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean towels were provided downstairs, nears the indoor swimming pool—that was super convenient. The outside bar and music made going to the pool a lot more enjoyable.

Upon arrival, the hotel had lost connection to the internet, thus causing a rather chaotic check in experience. I didn’t like having to park in a parking garage a block away—It was a minor inconvenience, not a huge deal.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and took care of my concerns quickly.

I requested another mattress cover due to the one on the bed having small black things on it. They delivered new sheets along with the mattress cover but didn't offer to redo the bed. They could have at least offered to remake it.The fire alarm started beeping around 1am battery must be low and the iron cord was fraid (law suite) for someone.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. The pools were great for the children.

We requested a lower floor due to my mom being afraid of heights and elevators. We were placed on the 16th floor and the to the 13th. It was very uncomfortable walking 13 flights of steps. Also only 1 elevator worked for the rest of the guest.

Great location! Walking distance to everything we needed! Partial Ocean View was still a great ocean view. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The kids were happy to have multiple pools to choose from or run between!

I'm glad the hotel room had a fridge, microwave and sink but it would have been nice to have food on the premise. Even just a small "convenience" section with chips, drinks, or coffee.

We loved our Queen Plus Suite. Clean, great view on 14th floor. The location is perfect on the boardwalk. The Tiki bar was open & drinks were made perfect! The heating lamps were nice touch. The pools were clean, and the early part of the day, the adult pool wasn't crowded, so that is a plus. The jacuzzi is HOT! nice. The indoor pool was a little cooler than expected for 84 degrees. But it does warm up once you're in.The lobby wasn't overcrowded. The discounts come in handy.The staff is so friendly & welcoming.

The housekeeping kept forgetting items we requested and was slow. But there was a major event happening, so we understand. The room had a shared bathroom but did have a standing shower and then a separate tub. One toilet, though.for the price, we should have had two baths. We made it work. The heating system is loud. That's not good at night when trying to sleep. The beds aren't as comfortable as the ones at home, that's for sure! Wish the outdoor pools were warmer in the colder months that they opened. & the indoor kids pool isn't hot enough. We visited in April, so the weather was still 50's & sunny.

The location was great. We were there for the Shamrock Run and the hotel location was in the middle of everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We forgot a lot of our things at home and the staff helped make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. (I even had two Walmart and one Dicks order delivered to the hotel). Our room was clean and comfortable. The pools were fun for the kids. The laundry room was convenient, multiple laundry rooms throughout.

The no breakfast was a bummer, but the hotel location is across the street from a breakfast restaurant. Not overly crazy about the parking lot being at a different location, but the hotel does offer valet parking.

I loved the view, the room was perfect.

They had water pressure issues. Obviously it's a ongoing thing when there's lots of ppl in the hotel. Saturday morning staff was a bit rude. Lied to the food delivery person that my food would be brought up to my room but when I called to find out where my food was they said I has to come get it. I was on the 18th floor & only 1 elevator was working. All of that was bothersome.
