Location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach, close to a lot of good restaurants. I’m very picky about the cleanliness of a hotel room, I felt comfortable with that here.

The full size bed was tiny for my husband and I. The walls were thin. We were woken up at 2AM by people coming back from the bar and again at 7AM from kids running and screaming excited about going to the beach. As well as the traffic on the roads. This didn’t bother us but if you’re looking for a quiet stay where you won’t be woken, this is not the place for you.

THERE WERE SCREAMING KIDS AT THE POOL. THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE CONSUMING.

It's literally right across the street from the beach and it's near many different restaurants and stores. Walking distance to everything. The inside of the room looked recently updated and it was large, clean and comfortable. I loved the location and overall, it's a good price. I felt like I got what I paid for and was satisfied.

You can hear everything outside on the street starting around 6am. I will say it was very quiet after around 10pm. Not well insulated from other guests rooms though either. The internet was spotty at best and most of the channels on the TV do not come in at all. We didnt spend much time in the room during the day so these were only annoyances late night/early morning.The shower outside didn't work, I assume because the pool was closed but since the beach was not the shower shouldn't be, to avoid sand all over your rooms.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The manager himself is a really great guy, he will go out of his way personally to make sure you’re accommodated and always asking how is the stay or if there’s anything he can do for us. They have a great breakfast with make your own waffles and lots of fresh fruit, and they have a 24/7 coffee and juice bar right in the main lobby which was my favorite to take advantage of! This place is also very family friendly. The only people who we seemed to see were other families and lots of kids, which was great for our kids!

Only thing I could say I didn’t like was the WiFi was a little bit slow, but aside from that everything was truly great.

The front desk lady was warm, funny, and just great in general. The owner/ manager went out of his way to not only accommodate us, but he upgrade our room at no additional cost. It was a very nice thing.

Nothing. I wish it was warmer so the pool could have been open, but that is a seasonal thing, nothing to do with them. Everything was great other wise.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. They allowed me to check in before the scheduled time at the hotel. The location is perfect, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, and parking at the hotel.

The pool was very small, but at least my daughter had some fun in it. I would like the breakfast menu to be a little more varied, and I would also ask that the cleaning service come in and clean if you are going to stay more than one day, especially if they vacuum the floor, since no matter how hard you try, the sand always gets in, and this is a little annoying, especially for me since I like to be barefoot.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was a nice surprise — they offered waffles, coffee, and other tasty options that made for a great start to the day. One of the best parts was the location: just one block from the beach! Plus, free parking was included, which made everything even easier. The hotel also has a pool, perfect for your little ones when you want a break from the ocean. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located place to stay!

All was good

The room was clean upon arrival. I enjoyed the complimentary shampoo and body wash that was provided. The outdoor shower was a great use when coming back from the beach.

Parking could have been better. I was on my trip for a concert. We arrived after 11 pm and couldn't find any parking. Also, the bed was not as comfortable as it looked, very noisy with every movement you made throughout the night. Hard to stay asleep.

Room was very clean and came with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, teas, coffees & toiletries, all very helpful for us. Hotel provided a travel crib which was great. Grab and go breakfast suited us all. The pool looks like it would be lovely in season. Washer & dryer in hotel was ideal for our family. The staff did everything they could for us to make us comfortable and suggest places to visit, they could not have done more for us. The children loved it. We had an ocean view from our room which was perfect, though not every room would have this, I imagine the hotel would accommodate a request for a view. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty shops & restaurants nearby. A lovely welcome after a very long journey was much appreciated and so was the elevator!

Room service is every 3 days, following covid, it may be time to reassess this. However we received clean towels and other provisions upon request. Grab & go breakfast suited us but some guests may prefer a separate area to have breakfast but space may not permit. We utilised the spare bedding for the travel crib, however a sheet & blanket sized for the crib may suit other guests better. The hanging space for clothes is "half height" so we had to utilise hooks to hang our dresses. We had a great time (almost 2 weeks) and would certainly be back in the future.
